ParticipantRick,
You Are The Man!It’s people like you that make it all worth while. I had a great time working the rescue and corner worker team. Our prayers were granted when at the end of the day, not one racer, or spectator, got a ride to Greeley General Hospital.
I would like to challenge any racer, tuner, owner, dad-mom, track owner or self proclaimed racing guru to work the infield at any one of our CSC races. What an experience you will have. I am very proud of Ian, Bobby and all of the corner workers who stepped up and worked their butt’s off.
I would also like to thank my son David and his best bud Dan for the work they did with the FM Pit broadcast, announcing and grid coordination. They even repaired turn one, and three, about fifty times when you wern’t looking.
Hat’s off to all the racers who really did attempt to stay off the hay. It was not easy for the first day, but everyone who did seem to roll thru appologized and helped fix their own holes. I salute you all for a Great Race At A Great Place. :win
See you all at Bandi on the other side of the fence!
CurtPS: How come nobody want’s to talk about Matt & AJ Noud laying down the fastest lap of the weekend? Had to throw that in, sorry for my proudness.

ParticipantDoug,
Other than the things we all mentioned to bring in previous posts, is there anything else you or AJ need to fine tune the lay-out?Don’t forget folks, bring your gas fired leaf blowers if you have one. We need to make all attempts to keep this weekend on time and moving fast.

ParticipantGlenn and Ace said they were going to make a run at it, and it appears they were serious.
Watch for Ace as he prepares for his Atlantic Series next season. The Star Mazda run is really giving him the experience necessary for a very bright future :sun:

ParticipantHe was smokin fast that night. You should watch the broadcast just to see how many times he had to go high then low then sideways just to get up front.
We are proud of you K Ray!PS: Should’nt your midget be blue?
Curt Kistler
ParticipantWell said Mike. Hopefully Brian and the rest of the negitive attitudes can start solving problems, and stop creating them. Life is too short. This is not F1.
All the ladies can hug me too, USN Air 1970-1976, VQ1 Squadran on Guam with many detachments to Viet Nam. Should hug me after Rodger to feel what real shoulders feel like. 😆

ParticipantGeremy and other spectators and racers,
The attached link will give you a good map to the facility. Race parking will be just North of D Street off 11th Ave.As far as watching the racing. My opinion all along has been to go up into the arena to the top row of seats. There are openings in the stands that will allow you to be 40 feet above the race surface allowing for great seats to watch the entire track at all times. This is how you watch at the Supernationals in Vegas. Up high as not to miss any of the action.
Hopefully this link will work.
See you all there.

Thats “fast paint drying” .. not to be confused w/ the silver spoon classes.
Did someone confuse us slo-pros with you quick dry’s?
Greg,
Hopefully you are just poking fun and not upset with the comment I made last week. If you are pissed, give me a call at 303-901-2984.Curt Kistler
ParticipantNo major changes Joe. I spoke with Doug and there will be a couple of “Slow Down” kinks in critical areas where there has been concern from day one.
From my perspective as Safety Director, I welcome the changes.Curt Kistler
ParticipantBandi would be a good starting ratio. Work it out from there. The straight’s and hair-pins are pretty close to JB’s track.(Sorry no bump’s at the GGP) 😀 You will need lot’s of low end power to get up front.
It will also come down to chassis tuning and driver ability. No team will have any advantages come Saturday morning.Don’t forget to bring lot’s of gears, rains, parts, fuel, boom box and fire ext.
Curt Kistler
ParticipantThe G1 could easily run with PRO ICC. Them old fat guys are fast! I agree with Craig. Novice and G1 should be split. The 80’s did not fare well either with all in one class. The restricted would gather the K2 in the turns and the K2’s would yard them on the straight making for some pretty hairy passing attempts. Good thing nobody got hurt.
One thing to remember about the GGP. It will be the shortest track of the 2006 season with little passing lanes. We do have (2) days of racing to allow all classes to maybe run alone if we are lucky.
See you all there! It’s going to be action packed all weekend!

ParticipantFor whatever it’s worth, the mini-max race had a very large field and was one of the most exciting races of the weekend.
Great job drivers and parents!Curt Kistler

Ladies,
Just imagine the view from your kart with Mikey making your shade. :bananaCurt Kistler
ParticipantMichael,
Glad you got the letter and stickers.
How about a picture of one on Bin Ladens forehead! If not, one the side of your weapon would be cool. (Not your gun)
Stay safe and we will look for you and your family at Bandi real soon.

ParticipantMike,
Just think of the view from your kart while on grid. 😉Rich,
I get more work done each day before you even crawl out of bed. 👿Our GGP girls will be wearing Coors Light logos with Silver Bullets! 😯
