ParticipantThanks Angie.
Roger I couldn’t agree with you more. It is my understanding that we do have a factory Aim representive that is willing to come to Denver to teach us novice privateers how to maximize our abilities with their software and on-board data systems. This is going to happen at a neutral site as soon as Angie and Scott set a firm date. Hope to see you all there.
As far as over the next few weeks go, I would love for some of you passionate, successful, knowledgeable kart tuners to step up and offer a seminar on rules, track and race etiquette, chassis and motor set-up, or anything else you folks can come up with to get us off the sofas. My office will hold up to 40 people in a classroom environment to host these seminars. It will also be a great way to just get to know and understand each other as the new season approaches.Come on Doug, you are one of the premiere part manufactures in the U.S., and you are right here in our front yard. I would love to hear how you learned the difference between axel strengths, hub lengths, motor mounts, and all the other speed secrets that you picked up along the way. (I promise to keep Matty in the 80’s for another season.)
Your thoughts again on the fresh thread will be appreciated. There have already been over 15 karters approach me through this site and phone calls, so lets get rolling.
PS: Any good helmet painters in this town? I need to get a Christmas present painted soon.
Thanks Again,

ParticipantGeorge,
I think the whole truth is the Leepurd guys are afraid of the Sonik motor package. Those guys will try anything to stay out front!Curt Kistler
ParticipantIn talking with Angie, via the WWW, we have a very knowledgeable AIM representative that has offered his time to teach us all about the software and other bells and whistles associated with the AIM systems.
Once again, I am just trying to see who may be interested, set a time and place, and let everyone know. I assume something in early December will work, then we can set up another topic, date and place if this seems to attract any interest.
Freezman, you can have the ice, and George if you can get enough interest for some events we will be there. Lets hope the weather holds this winter, if not, the seminars will be a great way to meet and exchange information, make us all faster, safer, smarter, and better friends.

ParticipantGreat answers. Not exactly what I wanted to hear, however, I respect your opinion. We won’t be at the banquet, got other things to do. Talk to you later.

ParticipantGood Lord Chaz! I’m afraid to read your post’s anymore for fear of what will hit you next. Sorry you won’t be racing next season, but glad I will have someone talk to on the sidelines. Get healthy old man, your too valuble to us kart hacks to go down ill. I like the suggestion to see you get more involved in the promotion phase. Maybe you could even get CRE a CSC date for all the hopefuls. Just don’t get yourself sicker trying 😳 Hope to see you at one of the venue’s soon.
Sit down, take a load off, and tel mama to beer you.
Later,

ParticipantSounds like Colorado is the first state to openly have a Lepord Colony. I hope JB creates a quarantine area to keep us shifters from getting infected.
Any body parts fall off yet Chaz? Sounds like you better do your homework this winter. Push ups, sit ups, bench press, running, squats…
God, I hurt myself just typing those excercises. Glad I’m just a tuner.Curt Kistler
ParticipantChaz,
Alex Doman won the 80 shifter class. Matt had the fastest lap of the weekend, including the 125’s, however, he re-injured his right ribs, (an old Action Karting injury) and lost the main. There were about 50 karters down there and George did a great job of feeding everyone on both days. Weather on Sunday was perfect. Wish more karters would race down there. Hopefully Mark can get some TAG’s showing up now that they are welcome.
