ParticipantGentlemen (and Dennis) 😳
I have to bring this up since someone has the facts incorrect pertaining to me. I bought my kart in March (and promptly put it in the IMI infield water puddle that day) and started racing in April. Last year I was a ‘newbie” but i put in a lot of practice time at IMI. Since the Rotax is such a simple unit to maintain i got in more practice time than down time. Therefore with that thinking I would have to say that the UGLY PIMPLY Rotax is the bomb.
Rich, Thanks for the advice. It will be inspected after next weekend’s practice session.
Dennis, cash in your cheese and tell me about the engine difference when you get yours. I’ll be curious to see what you have to say (benedict) arnold. 😀
Do we get to keep our same numbers as last year if you’re not in the top 5?

ParticipantRich, Chaz speaks the truth, Rotax was untimatly a numbers game. The best of the best will not be rotaxers at all. TaG SR will have both TaG champions, a Sr Heavy Champion, and probably more in the way of talent. You will see the majority on leopards and bilands on the podium (numbers gane) and some spectacular racing. Chaz can vouch for me when i say the best will not be on rotaxes. If Buckley races a rotax in the CSC, he may be the only one that poses a threat for a TaG motor due to raw talent

InactiveThere is a whole lot of shit talking starting already. I enjoy it and I hope to be part of it for next year. There is something coming down the pike that may cause Colorado to have a new Tag state champion. Let’s get out there and race in the very near future. I have nothing going on this weekend, but will need some help getting my kart to IMI to play. I sold my trailer about a month ago and don’t have a replacement yet. Anybody interested in helping me get there? I will race both saturday and sunday if you sissie boys want to show.

ParticipantBenedict Arnold (Dennis)
I will be at the track with my Dad this weekend, he wants to see what all the hub ub is all about. He’s coming from Vegas to see who the real Nancy Boy is. Wants to take out a REAL Kart, you know, the one with the boil on the back of the exhaust. I told him it’s truly the Manly Man engine, not the “flavour du jour” 8)
I’d give you a tow but my trailer only holds one kart (I think)
You guyz keep barking cuz someone’s going to have to back up all this smack. And I thought there was a lot of trash talking on the Hoops court ❗

Rich, have you noticed that the rotaxians 8) are able to spell? I guess if you have a lepurd you have difficulty spelling since you’d REALLY worry if your engine is REALLY cool instead of being quietly confident like us rotaxians. We truly must have the schwerve and the schwing 😛

ParticipantSounds like Colorado is the first state to openly have a Lepord Colony. I hope JB creates a quarantine area to keep us shifters from getting infected.
Any body parts fall off yet Chaz? Sounds like you better do your homework this winter. Push ups, sit ups, bench press, running, squats…
God, I hurt myself just typing those excercises. Glad I’m just a tuner.November 10, 2003 at 11:42 pm #45196Anonymous
InactiveI don’t know all of you guys yet, but since there is so much smack going around, I might as well get in there 😈

Um it’s spelled “Leopard”.
There, I feel better now.

ParticipantOOPS! Your right, I just found it in the dictionary between lemonade and leotards.
ThanksNovember 11, 2003 at 2:28 am #45198Marc Elliott
ParticipantInfected Kistler, IT would be a cheap illness as apposed to the shifter. Anyway i will breathe on you next time i see you

I was going to retort with some tough sounding words close to it in the dictionary, but all I could find was lemming and leprosy, and…ahem… lesbian 😥

InactiveLooks like I’ll be at IMI this saturday if the weather is good. I need some more laps to set this thing up @ CSC weight. This thing feels like a fat little pig at 385.

ParticipantGuyz,
It’s lepurd until it takes first in class…
Good luck Mark, let them know that there’s some serious pilots here in the rocky mountians…November 11, 2003 at 6:48 pm #45203Anonymous

A Leopard took TaG Jr for ’03 – over Bilands, Rotax Jr’s and Sr’s.
Mitch Wright produced an impressive TaG Sr. win in a Leopard in a CSC race at Bandimere. First time on the track. Brand new motor, broke in the day before, guessed-at gearing, and a 3-year-old chassis. Used tires if memory serves. Fastest qualifier. Walked away from the field in both the heat and the main. Nobody even close.
So there you go.

ParticipantChaz,
I remember that Butt whuppin’ it was my first look at the track too! I had to take advil for the dizziness (so many spins during practice). JB has really improved the track from that race to the 2nd race there. I think the track is rough but i really like how technical it is.
That’s why i look forward to next year’s series! I didn’t realize it was Mitch’s first look too. I was checking out results from all the races and IF we can get half of the people to participate in CSC we’ll have a crowded and fun field.
Walls and I did our sit ups at the gym this early AM. You all best be ready for ’04. I’ll let my times speak for themself next season.

InactiveHow do you know I didn’t miss spell it on purpose?
Good luck Mark-give them hell.
Angie, see what happens when I start talking smack-your forum is more fun than e-karting!
Chazer or is it cheese-it: can’t think of anything to say, so go back to the hot tub and get ready for 2004.
