It will take three lifetimes for Greg to payback Doug just for being his dad let alone all of the other sponsorship he has put out over the years.

Wear your kart and engine out in 1 day, great idea! That is more hours put on your equipment than in two seasons for the average racer.

We sell and service all of those engines and parts are not a problem for any of them. The latest rok TT is not approved yet but we can get you one and service it too.

If you have not noticed, Jim has eliminated the April date and the race for now is TBD. This will give us more time to explore more temp circuit options if there are even any good possibilities.

Are you talking to me? Have the TBD race in Sept. as we agreed on at the meeting and if there is not a good Temp track race it at TheTrack this year or if there is not a good date don’t have it at all and leave it at 6, 2 double races at each track.

It was $32K they offered $18K for half of the lot. That is not the only expense, I ran races in the old mile high lot more than once. Lost my ass on every one of them and I only paid $1800 for the whole lot. You would have to add things they require and to have to use their employees (union) for police security, fire department, grounds workers for trash, parking, tickets, concessions, you would need to have the area fenced, bleachers, tents, barriers, trash cans, toilets, sound system, parking, etc… The sponsor better have deep pockets!

They are made in Korea. RLV is the importer now. Parts are no problem, there are a couple of them in Colorado.

There is no smoking allowed in any bars or restaurants in Colorado, you must not get out much.

I have edited this post to show the change to the schedule with GJMS trading their CSC date with TheTracks CSC date.

The 29th is incorrect. Stacey changed his CSC date to the 29th and the IMI/Track club race was moved to June 15.

Why introduce anything new Jack? I guess we should be running the 8hp Westbends and Mcculloch’s I ran when I was a kid. I don’t understand why anyone in 2008 would want more reliable power. Why did Honda stop building 2-stroke MX bikes this year, because of the success of the 4-strokes? Maybe we should be running the old box style chassis with 2″ wide hard rubbers tires too!! :loony: Your Spec moto engines will soon be an antique when Honda quits making the parts in the next couple of years to build them. The best class to watch at the TAGUSA World Finals were the 4-strokes and their times are faster than the spec shifters and most all of the ICC’s too.

I don’t think you should use the paving company I went with, I did not go with the lowest bid, I have a gaurantee and thats why they are fixing the track for no charge.

Call John Owen, he said he could fix your track for a good price. You don’t have to redo the whole thing, only the bad spots. With adding a drop to the series the racers will probably make their own decision on your track.
