ParticipantSheldon I don’t think you ruffled any feathers. I was wondering the same thing..two sites? But now I understand. I’ll miss this site, it is always my first stop on my internet forays. Thanks, Angie. Job well done!
I guess I’ll have to find a new avatar and a new quote, too.

Dam you stole my Avatar!
I’ve been around, just been busy with work, moving my office, taxes, audit on loans from last year and etc. I’m HOPING to get out to see some action this sunday at Centennial. Of course, if someone can spin and win then I’ll be impressed.
My kart thinks I’m having an affair since it hasn’t been touched since Thanksgiving weekend 😥
I was hoping that would bring you out of the woodwork, I knew you were lurking. I’ll be out this sunday to watch, too. My crewchief and I are waiting to see what uncle sam brings us in the way of a racing budget.
Sheldon, don’t be afraid of Jansen’s fine phsyical appearance. I’d fear the mullet, though. And the guns. Jansen can point you to his favorite retailer for man thongs. He has several. You can buy them with a racing stripe..or apply your own. eww.

ParticipantRef Tires, perhaps I am stepping outside my bounds, but the tire of the CSC and club series is (are) MG Yellow. Kurt, Jim, Brad, et al, please correct me and I will accept public humiliation as due punishment. There is another post which covers the Rotax tire requirements.

ParticipantTony, let me help you out. Check TagUSA for any questions you may have. You are running TaG Senior, right? If you are running the Rotax mile-high series, then check the Rotax site. Unless you are secretly buying a ROK TT…well then that’s a whole ‘nother can of worms but still, I think the organizers will point you to the TagUSA rule set. I’ll be rocking the turbo, 2 stage nitrous Easykart 150 at 330lbs. Tech THAT!

ParticipantNice post, Tony. Well said. I hope I can make it over there this year.
A FIVE DAY test? Wow! You will be a force to be reckoned with this year if you continue to test and work as hard as you have in the preseason. Good job!

ParticipantGood post, Rick. I love the internets. Thanks Al Gore!!

ParticipantJust another example of THE MAN keeping us down. Fight the power, Tony.

ParticipantWell that sounds perfectly logical to me, Mike. Why would anyone flame you? Gun shy?

ParticipantDoug that was the fastest ‘auction’ I’ve ever seen. I had no more walked in the door and picked up a plate when I heard that the kart had sold. Congrats on winning the kart and welcome to karting.

Looks like Nick has a buyer. It’s a proven FAST package, D Fresh. All it needs is a a driver. Ricky might even offer a couple chassis setup tips.

ParticipantHello n00b. Welcome to the addiction. Have you driven a TaG kart yet? It was a real eye-opener for me the first time. I am starting my 3rd season this spring. This board is full of smart people and everyone is willing to help out the new guy. Ask LOTS of questions before you buy your first kart. Make sure you have lots of room on your credit card. Set a budget then be prepared to blow right past it. Don’t be afraid to jump into a race once you have some laps under your belt, it’s the quickest way to learn how slow you are and race day in the pits is a great time to ask more questions.
You should come to the Daytona party on Sunday (see other thread about helping Bob out). There will be around 100 of us and it would be a great time to meet and greet and ask LOTS of questions.
PS, sign your name. I don’t want to refer to you as D Fresh when I meet you. Glad to have you aboard.
