Thanks for the reminder, Tony. GET SOME, ZIP!! Tune in to http://www.mylaps.com to keep track of David’s progress. Is David running a leopard or did they go with the motor of the week, Rok TT?

Email this guy: Doug Huggler
He seems to know what he is talking about on Ekartingnews (at least he doesn’t seem full of it, like many others) email below. I don’t know if he sells them or not but he could point you in the right direction if you have questions.

Aww heck, Tony, I was hoping you would be able to translate all that roundy round racing stuff for me. I don’t understand the details and drama behind turning left. Now I’ll just have to ignore the TV and play some 8 ball for a good cause.

Rick, +2 for the party. Team HARDKart will be there..Driver + crew chief.

Psshaw, if that was you trying to hurt my feelings…try again!! Those of us that are short on equipment don’t have enough sprockets to warrant anything as fancy as a ‘sprocket transport device’. I was gonna suggest a stand up paper towel holder like one you might have in your kitchen.

Tom Jensen is your hero. Isn’t he?

I think we may see a Jensen/Jansen montage with soft/blurry photo edges and Kenny G background music.

WOOT! David pulled a flyer and went from 24th or 25th in qualifying up to 15th in the final (on Saturday). Looks like he had the 2nd fastest time of the race! I hope that bodes well for Sunday’s action. Results here: http://www.mylaps.com/results/newResults.jsp?id=718712 Good luck tomorrow, Zip!

Rick, I didn’t know you were so sensitive. I’ll go easier on you next time.

Roger I am HAPPY to help out a fellow hard-charging, life-taking, heart-breaking, devil dog. OORAH Marine! See below for picture posting instructions:

Here is a process example: First, you must host or save your image to a site like Flickr. Make it a reasonable size so the pic doesnt cripple the poor folks using dialup. Right under the pic on flickr will be the image code (location).

Inside your post you type your text then click on the “Img” button (if you just mouse-over the img button it gives you the actual text which I will type for you here) [img]http://image_url The image_url is the code which you copied from your photo hosting site.

Use the PREVIEW fuction (next to submit) at the bottom of your post to make sure you did it right. once it looks good, hit submit and you are all set.

Not trying to hijack your thread, Curt, but I’ve gotta help out the Marine. I am still hoping to see Matt’s footage of the GGP.

I’ve noticed some PEBKAD with your racing!

Kirk (Weenie) I’ll give you a hint. The last word is drver!

I assume the ‘weenie’ quote above is being used in relation to my Nerd status. In which case I accept your weenie word usage as a compliment. Thank you. I also take no offense at you helpfully pointing out that I suck as a kart racer. You are correct. I am a proud backmarker.

You’ll find a clear explanation of the photo posting process by clicking HERE (don’t ask me how I made that word appear in blue..I am guarding THAT secret jealously)

Test complete. It is not the program, it is the user. Here in nerdland, we call that a PEBKAC error. (Problem Exists Between Keyboard And Chair)
