How do you attach a photo now?

I used to be able to post photo’s here on the Karter. Now it says “the file is too large” I even tried a photo I posted prior to the website update? And it wouldn’t work either.

I also tried to email myself a photo and chose to make it smaller vs keeping the original size, to see if I could attach that one? No go. What am I doing wrong?
