ParticipantWe have a racetrack grinding company scheduled to grind and resurface much of the track at Bandimere , unfortunately it won’t get done untill late April .
For all you guys who are moaning and groaning about the roughness of Bandimere , I’ll take this opportunity to remind you that for the past 7 or 8 years “WE” have complained about IMI’s track !
It finally got done , at a VERY large expense I might add !
You know , it wouldn’t have ever gotten done without the racers support !
Better times are just around the corner , thanks , many thanks to all the racers who are supporting our efforts here at Bandimere !
By the way , The “candy canes” are supposed to give you a message
STAY OFF THEM !
It’ a proven fact that your lap times will improve if you avoid the red & whites !

ParticipantGet Tab welded on — clamp-ons are availible , but I’d only use them for an emergency !

ParticipantIt’s become quite clear that the infamous “blizzard” should have been cause enough to re-schedule the drivers meeting !
I agree that this forum is NOT the place to determine or redetermine rules , however , several items were in-fact left on the table for “T.B.A.” depending on what SKUSA and TAG decided !
I for one would welcome an emergency meeting immediately to resolve these problems — Tag weights and tyres , Senior/Heavy 125 weights and tyres !
How bout it Brad & Stacy — you too Doug !

ParticipantWith all the drivers who have visited Bandimere of late , other than Drew , (approx 275lbs) not one has asked for the higher weight for G-1 .
Who are these mythical heavy guys , and where are they ????
ROFLMAO

ParticipantThe expansion chamber pipe is allowed for the Comer 80cc”s ,
I don’t know what a “Vevery” pipe is , and don’t care what CRE does or don’t do.
I have a hunch that the Comer 80’s have more than enough entrys to justify separate scoring , we’ll have to see what the numbers show !
Hope this helps .

ParticipantSounds unanimous , YHB/MG Yellows , or any tyre that falls into that Durometer range — 395 lbs for G1/Senior heavy !
If anyone has a problem with that , Please bring your MAJORITY of racers forward !

ParticipantBrad’s first race , march 28th is usually a Non-Points race , much could be determined then !
Brad , is 1st race Non-Points ???

ParticipantWe intend to sell MG yellows for competition in all Shifter classes , all TAG classes , and expect to see a show of hands for the final weight decision for the G 1 (Senior Heavy) shifter class !
If this conflicts with your private agendas , ie: (IKF,WKA, Stars or SKUSA ), then so be it !

ParticipantSince my post , I’ve gotten feed-back indicating that the cause of the brittleness would most likely be caused by the uv rays from the sun , rather than the methenol !
Perhaps one of you scientists could shed more light on this !

ParticipantLet’s keep in mind that the CSC series came about due to the demand of our local racers desire to race and have fun , not to cater to SKUSA nor any other sanctioning group !
I think I can speak for most of the racers and perhaps Brad in saying that every time SKUSA waggs their tails we are not just going to accept their self-serving ways !
If it is good for our loyal , local racers and they collectively want it , we will go along !

ParticipantCurt , you are forgiven , you may go now !
