ParticipantI don’t think we need to go through the whole story.
The Honda motor will be used at IMI this year, and everyone will have a chance to see how they run. (we.. my family.. will be getting a couple and taking them to the other tracks to try out as well).
Let’s just go forward, and start this year off fresh with no black cloud over this class. We want the kids to be excited and having fun at the races, where they are learning lessons on and off the track. Don’t even think about cheating – in this class or any other. Remember that the kids that have been around the track a year or more are going to be significantly faster than the brand new racer. Everyone can help by showing all of the kids examples of good sportsmanship!
Thanks,

ParticipantThe Kid Kart class has been changed back to a Comer 50. The class will be subject to tech inspections, just as every other CSC class. You can expect the rules to be tightened up from last year. The rules will be out soon.
Remember the purpose of this class is for the kids to learn and have fun!
Thank You,

ParticipantRich, the rules are very close to being done. The rules are basically the same as last year’s rules. Obviously there are some issues that we are sorting out with TAG- I will post the information as soon as it is available.
Angie MacEwen
ParticipantRick, you are right. I heard that the concern was with the Junior classes only. For Sr and Masters, TAG USA would be followed. ( i did have some beer 😳 ) and I think we should follow TAGUSA for all TAG classes, period.

ParticipantOK, Curt and Mike….these particular ad spots will eventually be going to the advertisers that pay. I am using the logos I have already (still from current supporters of the site) to fill in until I get some larger ads on the books. I figure I have run this site with no profit for long enough! You are welcome to place an ad there, and as long as it is tasteful (family friendly even) – you can put a pic of whatever umbrella girl you like. More info on the cost for the ads will be posted soon!
Thanks!

ParticipantFreeze,
Last year we had many drivers participating in two classes. We try very hard to put at least one, usually two, classes in between them on the schedule. I don’t believe that the second class entry will be discounted on race day.Angie MacEwen
ParticipantChuck,
the memberships so far can be seen here….
