George, Sorry to say , but your dead wrong. The Lim. Mod . Animal is here to stay. Even WKA was smart enough to join the club. It will now be a National Class. This was the first year of the WF and nobody knew it would be as lathargic as it turned out. It needs its own class, but you cant do that because there are so few of them. How many WF race your track? I think you need to put your personal prefrences aside, and let the racers decide. You just might get a good turn out.

George. Why on earth would someone build a Lim. Mod. Animal and then choke it down to compete with a slower engine. This is not a Tag class. Heck, a stock Animal on Meth can outgun a WF. ( Really!!)This is an adult class. We dont do restrictors . . Lim. Mod Animals out number the WF 3-1.Seems to me like the WF is the odd one out.In fact the WF guys I race with are switching to Lim. Mod. Animals next season so they can compete. They quickly found out that more HP out weighs an electric start.

To my surprise I really thought the track was Briggs friendly. Not to tight, which helped us, to keep it rolling.

Skipper. Like Freeze said , the Stock WF is out gunned by the Lim. Mod. Animal. Right now there are 3 WF. I know they want there own class next year OR new rules for the WF so they can battle the Lim. Mod Animals. Dan Peterson runs a WF and is the ring leader of this WF issue. There is a Lim. Mod Animal in Junction piloted by Jerry Wilson.

The WF is run w/ the Lim. Mod. Animals at 350lbs. There are currently 3 WF racing in that class.

That would be like running a Corvette against Chevettes. I dont think so. The ANIMAL is the motor for JR 1.

There are as many sponsors out there for karting as any other racing. There is plenty of room on your bodywork for sponsor decals. If you have a trailer you advertise on it also. Be professional w/ a promo pack when you approch them.Sell the sport .Also winning a Championship helps as does finishing up front consistantly. I’ve had racing sponsors for the last 10 years .From motocross to karting. Potental sponsors are everywhere. Good luck

IMI is the only track that has a good sound system. The Motocross track in Miliken has been broadcasting their races on the FM band for many years. Its about time karting tracks, those w/ worthless sound systems step up to the 21st century.Since karting is twice as expensive to race as Motocross , I think certain tracks should puts some of thier profits back into thier programs instead of in their pockets.

Welcome to the 4-cycle class. The way to go would be Lim. Mod. Animal. The most bang for your buck. The rules for this engine package can be found in the CSC RLUES. As far as an Adult class, I dont think so. They run children with us despite repeated complaints. Good luck

Freeze, You took the words right outta my mouth, except I think they should run the jr2’s in Mr. Elliotts class since its B.S. and no big deal to him. OR like Mr. Elliott states ,just drink more beer and everything will be ok.

Doug. There were eight Lim. Mod Animals that showed at Band. That is more than enough for its own class. There are a couple more I know of that didnt show.Track owners eliminated the Seinor 4 cycle Lim. Mod class based on LAST year, and before this season began. This is a new year and this new engine package/class is growing strong. I think the track owners need to re-think this and bring back the class it blindly voided. I think to entry fee from 8-10 Lim. Mod Animals can cover the HUGE cost of trophies for it own class!
