Come on Doug, you are one of the premiere part manufactures in the U.S., and you are right here in our front yard. I would love to hear how you learned the difference between axel strengths, hub lengths, motor mounts, and all the other speed secrets that you picked up along the way. (I promise to keep Matty in the 80’s for another season.)

Your thoughts again on the fresh thread will be appreciated. There have already been over 15 karters approach me through this site and phone calls, so lets get rolling.

I would be happy to come and talk about kart set-up. Call me and see if we can come up with a time that will work for everyone.

    There.

Although I forgot to put Jack on the list (my bad) it was my understanding he was going to run TaG in ’04. I had heard Parilla, then Sonik but assumed it would be a GP.

Try KGB. He knows a great chassis when he see it.

It all depends on numbers. A class of 5 karts will not get its own time on the track. A class of 30 will. If Tag numbers are large enough to support seperate races, they will get it. But no one wants to have less laps or stay till dark and that is what happens when more classes get their own race.

Most of the worst bumps were in areas under braking. Greg wanted to reverse the direction as he thought that would smooth it out.

Per a discusion I had yesterday with a gentleman who should know, The PMT will run SP, S1, G1 and 80 Junior. Only SP will be ICC and ICC only. S1 and G1 will be Honda and Yamaha only, with OEM ignition and a head CC rule. 80 Junior per current rules. At the regional level, the ICC and Motos are to run together but scored seperately. SP will be open to SA and A level drivers. S1 to A and B drivers.

For the CSC I would recomend that we continue to run them together under the current rules with the only change to ICC and that is have them run in CIK trim. No more big carb and high compresion head. I think at that configuration, both engines will have equal footing and the driver and setup will determine the whinner, er winner. 😆

Last I talked with Jim, he was still waiting to hear from the FAA. They were supposed to respond by early December.

They do not have the 2002 SuperNats on DVD, only VHS. Yes you can get them from SKUSA for $7.00 each or $13.00 for both. Order them directly from SKUSA via phone and credit card. The number is 614-760-9540.

I agree with Brad, its good to get this junk out in the open so racers can really see where the road block is. I have said all along that I would love for the CSC to go to CRE. I like the track. However, its hard to work with someone like George who all through his paranoid delusions calls people thiefs, insists there is a long list of people who have cheated him when in fact it is just the opposite. He states that I won’t take my kids to Brad’s track because its unsafe yet we raced there 3 times this year. He is just one lie after another and such lies need to be exposed. Brad, Stacey, J.B and a whole host of others are working together to make next season bigger than the last. Next year, Colorado could well have a state wide series that is the envy of the country.

Cheat me one time , shame on you……..cheat me twice, shame on me! I wouldn’t be caught dead having coffee with a thief and that goes for JB too. He cheated me once, along with a long list of others…….never again.
There are many out there that have been and are still involved in the CRE program and they appreciate it for its purpose and intent and I am not going allow a mob mentality on this forum deter me from the efforts.

I have talked with SKUSA, many times about all the issues you attempt to bring up and you couldn’t be more wrong. I have also talked with NKA many times about the insurance and specifically about each of the tracks in Colorado. I can assure everyone that every race last year in the CSC was fully covered as was all the races in the local programs at IMI, Bandimere and Grand Junction. Why do you think NKA put their name on the series?

Last year we used the TaG USA rules and weights as a guideline for our classes. We just added a bit more weight so that we didn’t have to run a light and heavy class. I had the series sanctioned by TaG USA so that any racer who wanted could go to TaG USA national festivels this coming year.

You have now called JB and Brad a thief in an open forum but you are unwilling to sign your name to it. Is it a lie!

“….A long list of others…..”, a little paranoid out there in the planes are we? While you use the cremotorsports name, YOU ARE NOT LOGGED IN ON YOUR POSTS. The email doesn’t work and it would if you were logged in! And sign your name to your posts. We do.

    George,

Register for this forum and sign your name. I do. You are the preverbial kettle calling the pot black when you acuse blink of hiding. Not two months ago you told me that running the TaG cars all together was a sham and that as a proponet of TaG, I was a fraud and that I was delibrately taking peoples money under false pretences. Every dime that was collected from the racers and the sponsors was returned to the racers a weekago Friday in the form of trophies, number panels and checks. Every dime. Over $10,500. Can you say that every dime you collected was returned to the racers? Can you even claim to have paid back the money people have loaned you?

Now you want a TAG class and you are trying to make people think its your idea. Like its some sort of a revelation.

Two gentlman have come to me and said that you now want a CSC race at your track. As you and everyone knows very well, I credit your track with teaching my sons how to drive. We have more laps on your track than any other in the state. We have won championships at your track. You will not see a CSC race at your track until you come forward and be a man, own up to your mistakes and appoligize to J.B., Stacey, Brad and myself. We would llike to come to your track but we will not until you can become a man and accept responsibility for your actions.

George, I have had just about enough of your lies, mis-statememnts and half truths. You have slamed and insulted every karter in the state with your lies about Brad, J.B., Stacey and myself. Even in this post you slam an unknown and un-named Leopard driver and attempt to lay the blame on someone else for your failings. And at the same time, you don’t take the time or energy to register and post under your own name.

Enough. You need to make public and personal appoligies to all of us. Be a man George and quit hiding. Admit that karting is moving foward in Colorado without you. You can be a part of the changes sweeping karting or you can be left behind. The choice is yours.

    George

Last year, you could have run the TaG class as a local option and still be IKF sanctioned track. That is the way it has been done for two years at several west coast tracks, in both region 7 and region 11. Do you want a list of the tracks that ran both IKF region 7 and 11 sanctioned regional races and also ran a TaG class of some sort for their local programs? While you are correct, it was not a national class, IKF is so open that basically you can run any type of class you want as a local option and maintain your IKF sanctioning and insurance. All you have to do is tell IKF what you want to do and they will give you blessing.

By the way, I have been a board member of TagUSA for well over a year. It did exist at this time last year and it did have rules in place well before the start of last season.

Please take the time to register your name on this board and do not post as a guest.

We have been using the EV3 Drack and thnks it’s great except for the battery life. The in box rechargable is so small its won’t make the day. We use a RC car battery to power it and it lasts all weekend! The track map, particularly the acceleration data is critical for tuning, not just the laterial data for turns. If it is not accelerating straight line where it should, we know the jetting is off. If negative g’s under braking are not a certain point, we know we are giving up time under braking. (the driver is a wuss)
