InactiveAJ,
That’s great news! (about the specs).
I’d suggest you email a copy of the specs to Doug at your earliest convenience.
We’ll probably need them one way or the other.
With the unfortunate loss of Tom Argy, things may be a little confused at TaG USA for a while. Even though Manuel may have gotten the same info and more to TaG USA, we shouldn’t count on them to publish their findings in time for us.
Right now that spec sheet is probably worth its weight in gold.

I believe Manuel of Sonik USA, has sent a motor to TaG USA for submission. As far as specs, I have a set at my house, so there not that hard to find. And you will see alot more support next year from the factory, plus your local dealer.
Send me an E-Mail if you are interested, or need info on the Sonik motor. $2350. for a complete 125cc TaG. Plus we have the CRS ICC,and G.P. chassis ready to be sold. Let me know.

ParticipantGeorge, I have had just about enough of your lies, mis-statememnts and half truths. You have slamed and insulted every karter in the state with your lies about Brad, J.B., Stacey and myself. Even in this post you slam an unknown and un-named Leopard driver and attempt to lay the blame on someone else for your failings. And at the same time, you don’t take the time or energy to register and post under your own name.
Enough. You need to make public and personal appoligies to all of us. Be a man George and quit hiding. Admit that karting is moving foward in Colorado without you. You can be a part of the changes sweeping karting or you can be left behind. The choice is yours.

ParticipantIt is amazing that “Karter News” is the only magazine that doesn’t solicit a renewal subscription.

ParticipantAJ, that is good to hear. And Freeze “how about that Karter News deal” Interesting stuff no doubt. lol

InactiveWhen you say Doug, do you mean Welch? And is he part of Tag USA know? Been out of the loop for a couple of days, but think it would be good if Doug was involved.

ParticipantI don’t think anyone but a handfull of racers care about IKF in Colorado, If they did, more karters would go to CRE and the truth is they don’t. Our series has nothing to do with IKF and we will keep it that way. We do not need anyones permission to have our TAG class. George you can run any class you want, why do you make everything so hard on everyone, including yourself. You are your own worst enemy. You remind me of Sandberg with your petty BS. You both seem to get some sort of thrill out of ruining your business and running off as many karters as you can. Your anal attitude will result in the end of CRE in the near future I am sure.

InactiveBlink,
It takes a real coward to get on a forum and slam someone anonimously….. it speaks to your character.
If you have something to say at least have the courage to pick up the phone and speak for yourself!
It seems to be much easier for some to run someones character down than to keep a discussion to the issues at hand……thats ANAL!November 29, 2003 at 8:26 pm #45363Brad Linkus

You just changed your name, who is the one who hides behind a fake name. everyone knows me as Blink, you sure didn’t have a hard time figuring it out. I am not hiding anything . Do you have any idea how many people tell me how you have run them off your track, and will never go back, get real.November 29, 2003 at 10:54 pm #45364Anonymous
InactiveI heard a rumor that Brad attempted to call George, and George hung up on Brad, thats ANAL

InactiveBlink & Guest,
Once again it takes a coward to hide behind your alias’. Blink who and Blink what…….who knows and who cares.
Brad has no reason to call me and I have absolutely no reason to call him………..I would say don’t beleive everything that you hear but apparently you two fools do.November 30, 2003 at 12:11 am #45366Marc Elliott
ParticipantGeorge, It appears that many people have tried to allow CRE as a part of the local program , however, it appears that is not your wish. This is not an intention to be on the bad side but bad mouthing the unified colorado stance is only going to hurt and drive away customers. This is a shame to me as i really enjoyed the weekend i had at your track and wish that i can return again to race whatever i can next year. Having seen like 30 people at CRE and 97 at Steamboat a month prior, it appears that the CSC is the favorite among colorado kart racers. I hope for the best and hope to return to CRE in 2004.

ParticipantGeorge,
Register for this forum and sign your name. I do. You are the preverbial kettle calling the pot black when you acuse blink of hiding. Not two months ago you told me that running the TaG cars all together was a sham and that as a proponet of TaG, I was a fraud and that I was delibrately taking peoples money under false pretences. Every dime that was collected from the racers and the sponsors was returned to the racers a weekago Friday in the form of trophies, number panels and checks. Every dime. Over $10,500. Can you say that every dime you collected was returned to the racers? Can you even claim to have paid back the money people have loaned you?
Now you want a TAG class and you are trying to make people think its your idea. Like its some sort of a revelation.
Two gentlman have come to me and said that you now want a CSC race at your track. As you and everyone knows very well, I credit your track with teaching my sons how to drive. We have more laps on your track than any other in the state. We have won championships at your track. You will not see a CSC race at your track until you come forward and be a man, own up to your mistakes and appoligize to J.B., Stacey, Brad and myself. We would llike to come to your track but we will not until you can become a man and accept responsibility for your actions.

InactiveDoug,
I am a member of this forum and have been since October. Try going to membership list…..and you will find our membership under cremotorsports. This is the only forum that I converse on that if you are a member you have to sign in your name every time you log in and I’ve noticed several others that have made the same mistake. I’ve made NO effort to hide who I am when I come on line and by the way this IS the Colorado Karter forum, it is not suppose to be exclusive to the opinions and considerations of just the Denver Metro area kart racers. You folks seem to think that if you put someone down long enough they will go away. I have as much right to be on this forum as anyone else.
I am NOT going to argue with you about the TaG class any further, that is water under the bridge. The Tag program was not in play last October when ONE racer came forward regarding the Leopard in IKF competition in 03…….it is ironic that the CSC series is facing the same dilemma that I faced last fall. NOW that there is an organization that is establishing rules and regulations for a bonafide class we have something to base the class on. We will establish a local option TaG class for our Southern Colorado program and if there are Northern Colorado racers that want to participate they will always be welcomed. Perhaps we will market and sell equipment to build our own regional contingent.
Before you get personel about issues that you don’t fully know you should get ALL of the facts…………..once again sticking your foot in your mouth.
I have set in a meeting room with Brad Linkus and two other Colorado racing officials and listen to him brag about ripping off SKUSA and the insurance companies for racers premiums. If you think that is smoke call the SKUSA home office and ask them about there dealings with Mr.Linkus.
Cheat me one time , shame on you……..cheat me twice, shame on me! I wouldn’t be caught dead having coffee with a thief and that goes for JB too. He cheated me once, along with a long list of others…….never again.
There are many out there that have been and are still involved in the CRE program and they appreciate it for its purpose and intent and I am not going allow a mob mentality on this forum deter me from the efforts.November 30, 2003 at 3:05 am #45370Anonymous
InactiveCRE,
Why is it you cant play with others? Why dont you understand what CSC can do for your track? The main reason I dont come to your track is the way you present your self on here. I have never met you before, but you come off very smug. You have done alot for the sport in CO. Why are you trying to break it down now? We all dont get along with Brad, J.B., Stacey, and Doug. But I will stand in their corner any day of the week, and SUPPORT THE PEOPLE MAKING A DIFFERENCE IN OUR SPORT.All 5 of you should swallow some pride, and figure out how make the CSC as big as SKUSA or STARS. We all dont have to like each other to play with each other. NOW MAKE IT HAPPEN.
