ParticipantMike,
Get a room at the “No-Tell, Motel” out west of town next to the truck stop. They have really cool vibrating beds I hear. Bring lot’s of quarters.Special password is Ricky Boobie. That will get the special room for guys who cant seem to finish with the rest of the pack. Pre-mature E….. I think they call them.
Animals are also welcome 😛

ParticipantThe track configuration has changed from last year. It looks like everyone will be trying to figure it out during the first couple of practice sessions.
This is what makes temp tracks so challenging and fun.Curt Kistler
ParticipantThanks Angie. Your foremat is easy to read and print.
This is going to be a very interesting year with 5 races & no drops. Enter into the mix a field factor, qual, heat & main bonus points, and we have a mathematical equation that only race #5 at GJ can answer.

ParticipantCongrats Ellee Mae!!!!
I can just see Gramps and Uncle Ronnie putting together a baby kart and arguing over what number to hang on him 😕Hope to see you both at a race track real soon.

ParticipantGreat action shots again Mitch! Looks like you covered everyone, and found some really good vantage points. Hope you stayed dry and safe.

ParticipantSorry Dude. I almost got to the end of the first paragraph when my eyes found the Pit Babe pictures 😯 😮 😀 😉 😳
Next time, clip the article and send it out that way.

ParticipantCould have been a little warmer, but that was fun. :sun: :sun: :sun:
Everybody should have their wet set up’s figured out by now. There are many choices to be made when it rains.
Special thanks go out to the track workers, scale workers, and especially B Hole. It must have been a very long cold day for you all. We appreciate it very much.

Still trying to not be a party pooper, but, it could happen at this time. I hope everyone has the opportunity to come up to me on Sunday and tell me what a nice day it is after all this rain discussion.
Stock up on rain stuff folks, the show will go on 😉

ParticipantMichael,
Thanks for checking in, and we are glad you are good to go.Please stay safe and keep in mind that many of us are still flying your name proudly on our machines. I will get another batch made up for CSC#1 next weekend to keep you in our thought s and prayers.
God bless you and our fighting military over there in hell, and God Bless America!!!! It’s because of people like you that we are all able to be free and do what we do back home.
Come home soon and safe! :us

ParticipantWatch out Brandon, Mikes gear ratio is typically only good for 1/2 of the race. 😯
How many stock motos is Reaction Karting campaigning in the CSC in 2007? Is Mohawk Eddie going to run?
Let me know. Looking forward to you Utah racers joining us again this year.Curt Kistler
ParticipantKirk,
Some drivers/tuners intentionally cut their seat up there to increase the chassis performance. See how it drives and go from there. You may be limiting your flex by repairing it and hurting the overall performance. You will need to test and see. My suggestion: If your kart handles well, and you are comfortable with it, leave it alone. Keep an eye on it to make sure it does not get larger. We would hate to see you fall out of your machine during the heat of the battle.

And stretch before you go out or you may end up playing with a nagging injury.
RickWhen you’re not as young as the kids I found NOT stretching forearms will increase tendinitis in the elbow from lifting karts. My elbow hurt for a year after lifting karts in the cold at Steamboat one year. A year later it was fine. STRETCH your ribs and your elbows!
Come over and lift my kart sometime and see what hurts the next day!

ParticipantSmooth track VS: rough track is the answer. Wait until you work out at Bandi. :idn:
