ParticipantI suppose Jim would be the one to answer the question. The racing Guru’s all too often give bad advise.
Congrats to all the winners in that series, looks like there may be even more competitive fields for next year.
I love the idea of a double points race on a level playing field to decide the winners, I think that was a lot of the allure of Steamboat.

ParticipantNice thrash this weekend. When is it going to appear on “Chop-Cut-Rebuild”?
Hey I did all of those on his wiring harness while he was suiting up for the main! Or at least the chop and cut.
I also felt bad for Ronnie, he was in a position to go after a podium and his on/off switch came apart 50 yards past the start of the race.
Hope mylaps will be up soon?
That Masters class can have some great racing when more of the fast guys sow up!

ParticipantOnce again, it was a great race. It seemed more like a National just having most the fast guys in Colorado coupled with top out of state talent.
It shows we have some pretty good racers here in Colorado as well.
It was great seeing friends again and Jim and crew really are polishing and tuning their ability to pull off excellent quality events!

ParticipantYou know, I just had to smile watching Bob out there having the times of his life again.
It wasn’t too long ago that his future was in question and he had frinds coming together to help him.
Awesome photos!

ParticipantI think Jet is a great choice! Roman has engaged in some great battles with Jet and he is a great driver and certainly a great guy!
Good work.

ParticipantIt’s a good idea. I’ve always had d.o.b. and blood type on my helmets. It takes time to type your blood and it may be vital to your survival.

ParticipantIf you’re thinking about going this week, the Mile High National drag race may affect the Bandimere kart tracks availability. Check first.
They are all different, you may have to sample and decide for yourself.

ParticipantI’ve heard of putting big wire ties on your wheel for training on keeping a drivers hands still, but this is a little overboard.
This would make a great caption contest photo.
Jansen could have seen over it!

ParticipantReal man would have waited till the middle of the straight and flicked it around 180 degree’s, let it blow back down then gone on his way only loosing a few tenths that lap!!!
Wouldn’t he Mike?
Rick Schmidt
ParticipantLooks more like you need the tires off of stand than wets. I love it Kirk. Some look that picture and see mud, sand and debri, you see a familiar racing surface and small tuning challeng!
Hope everyones holiday goes well. We have it pretty good with the weather here in Colorado.

ParticipantYou’ve been banned :boo:

ParticipantWell, you know Mikey,
90% of the Range Rovers are still on the road!
The other 10% made it home.
Rick Schmidt
ParticipantI think I might Mike
