Just a suggestion, test drive before you buy….
CRG, Birel, GP, Arrow, Intrepid, Sodi or a new Ital etc. It all comes down to support and personal preference.. As you may know, the great thing about Colorado karting, we have many options, good shops and good support on the top kart chassis in the world.
Good Luck

That picture says it all… I’ve got a photo from back in the day of my grandfathers 1960 Chevy wagon with 3 Dart karts on the roof, just can’t seem to get it posted on here..
Thanks

If throw your stuff in the back of a pick-up, take a weber and sleep in the back you’d reduce your travel, meals and lodging cost big time. That’s how we do it old school…… At the end of the day, you may still be takin’ home the hardware, if you don’t mind roughing it…
“Just do IT”
Good Luck

Participant“Any track is only as safe as the NUT behind the wheel allows it to be”, I love it Gunter, you read my mind!!
Hey all, just go and have fun :green . The PPKRC folks are great. Anyone who went to the first club race in the auto cross lot will tell you it was way cool and safe.
I would definately be there if I wasn’t out off town in support of our daughter giving birth to a new baby girl. We are trying to make it home for the final club race at The Track.
Cheers

ParticipantWould love to join you all, but I’ll be out of town until the end of the month. Have a great time and be safe…

Understand, that must of been some rubber build up on the exit… Maybe your chassis was set up too tight as well..
Anyway and most importantly, hope you have a speedy recovery and can get back in the drivers seat real soon.
Regards

ParticipantSorry to hear about your flip. Get well soon Dave. Tires as barriers on a kart track in any form are things to avoid… I learned that the hard way in 2004.

ParticipantHello Gary
Try contacting George at [email protected] or try calling the number listed on the CRE website, which is (719) 749-9840.
I believe George wanted to retire from karting, but I don’t really know for sure. You’ll have to ask him what the status is of the track and or kart shop business.
Good Luck…

Thanks for the info. If you see my original post, you’ll know I was looking for parts a few months ago. All resolved now. CRE helped me out.
Cheers,
Eddy

ParticipantThanks Chris, yes, I’ve been there (kartech). By the way, if you’re interested in running a Easy Kart, the PPKRC series is the place to be. Right now we are running in the TAG classes, however, if there is enough interest and participants there could be a EK class structure next season.
Cheers
