It has been my suggestion all along to leave the head volume for the Motori the way it was last year rather than add weight. Some of the drivers in Masters are already 10-20lbs over and it will not make any difference if we add weight. I see no need to make the engine any faster than it was last year at our altitude. If we go with TAGUSA on the 9.5cc rule the engine will be out of sync with the other engines.

The track and lot are clear. There are still a couple of spots that have water running across. Should be dry in a day or two, just in time for the next snow. I would stay on the track if I were you as you can see. Or if you can’t wait then you can drive to Grand Junction just in time for the next snow storm and have a free beer per every lap on Stacey. I know Jansen couldn’t do 20 laps and 20 beers and still stay on the track.

Curt “the Penguin” Kistler waddled into the shop today, no suntan. I guess he was having a dream about golfing in Cancun. This is where he really was.

I called Angie and she said I made it too big. She put some PreperationH on the file and shrunk it too much. Now she is going to stretch it back out a little with some hardware, or software or something like that anyway.

The high for Grand Junction is going to be 28 today. At 70mph the wind chill temp is about 1. I would rather be with Curt even though I have never played golf do da do da.

We have worked things out and everything is still going forward as before. We both want to do what is best for Colorado kart racing. Remember the show the odd couple?

I bought the entire camera network (38 color Sonys with night vision zoom and auto focus) and the LED infra red invisible night lighting system with poles and outdoor housings from the Denver Mint last year at a auction. The cameras alone are $2800 each. I got the whole thing for $800. I still need the DVR system to hook it all up. I guess I should get-r-done before the next time.
