A few additional things I forgot to mention.
1. TAG classes will run by TAGUSA rules, and we will follow any rule changes during the season that TAGUSA makes.
Does that mean no more front brakes for Sr. and Masters racers, or will it remain a local option?

ParticipantAs another newbie I find the following things have helped me learn the most: (In order of importance)
1) PMing Rick and others 20 times a week with incessant questions. (Calling works pretty good as well, but then you have to take notes.)
2) Searching the forums here and at ekartingnews.
3) I actually just picked up a pretty decent book for beginners at the library called “The Karting Manual” it is quite recently published out of the UK and had some great notes on driving posture and style.Driving my kart has still been the best learning tool, but looking outside it might be a while till the next seesion!
Hope to meet you at the track soon!

ParticipantHi Angie,
As a karting newbie, I don’t have much history with the old forum but the new one seems pretty well laid out and easy to use. Thanks for all your hard work and I hope to meet you in person at the track sometime soon!

ParticipantAnyone consider doing this in the rental karts? Might have to bump the entry fee up a bit, but I bet participation would be much higher from new folks without karts of their own, or folks unwilling to subject theirs to the extra wear and tear (especially if there are snow banks in the infield.)

ParticipantAlthough I will likely just be pack fodder this year, I fully intend to participate in a Sr. Rotax series if available locally. The whole Rotax concept was one of the things that sparked my interest in getting into kart racing.
