Do not tell anyone that the secret was having a nice cup of that Colombian Coffee before the race! Sello Rojo

I think it was that and the Krispy Kreme donuts that I lost count how many I ate. All I needed to really go was a mountain dew for dessert!

CNS is looking for a few good drivers for the “train races”
Personally I think you both would be great additions to the “bus races”

    Rick,

Truth be told, I was looking down at my Mychron and thinking, “surely it’s got to be over by now!”

Glad it was only 20 laps. Glad it was fun. Glad there was beer to savor at the end.

CSC #3 will be one to enjoy both in the seat and from the spectators view…

And I’ll let you in on a secret Rick, the manthong was WHITE this time… 8) I don’t think I’m going to wash it for good luck in the next race…

I bought a newspaper this morning. Here’s what it said:

Interest rates are back at 5%
The Raiders are in first place
    Hell froze over
And Jansen completed 20 laps. And without any shortcuts he completed them first :banana

Life is good! I’d like to thank Jim Keesling for the magnums of heiniken presented on the podium. That… was… the sweetest tasting beer I’ve ever had! 😀

Absolutely! It’s really been a slow news month.
    1) Paris Hilton instructed to go to jail and there will be no early releases or preferential treatment
    2) Paris Hilton countdown to jail
    3) Paris Hilton goes to jail
    4) Paris Hilton jail watch day 1
    5) Paris Hilton doesn’t eat but doing fine
    6) Paris Hilton released with an undisclosed medical issue (I bet Chuck wishes he had clients who could plead this one!)

At least beating this dead horse won’t make me want to hurl, like this :censored causes.

But, you get as much justice as you can afford. And she could afford a lot of “justice”

Back on track: did I mention that you can’t win a race in the first lap? Or in the first corner? :stir

Even this driver knows that and her hair’s always in the way! 8) :stir :stir :k

I had a nice “listening to” from AJ Foyt on Friday. He’s telling me (once again) that you can’t win any race from the first corner or the first lap and only an idjut would try that stunt. He also reminded me of the last time someone pulled a stunt on him and he biyatch slapped them. The name was Arie…

    Mike,

Is the idjut you keep mentioning have a paticular name? Or just a blanket statement for all the idjuts who ended up gunning for too small a piece of realestate?

Did A.j. say anything about showing up ready to race or the danger to others having parts fly off the machine in the first few laps?

    Just curious?

Father of one of the idjuts

Nope just a blanket statement so hopefully we’ll learn and move forward. That’s yesterday’s news. If I was a Democrat then I’d still be whining and moaning about it. Republicans move forward… 8)

And as for parts flyin’ off it happens to the best of them. Little Al told a story about that when he was racing for Penske…

If I had the long blonde hair I had in the 70’s along with my pukka shell necklace I’d be in style NOW… Wow talk about deja vu…

Hair or no hair it’s the charm, wit, humour, dymanic personality, tall, handsome and most of all modesty that gets em…

Besides, it’s aerodynamic without. Didn’t you ever watch Cecil Turtle against Bugs? It’s all about aerodynamics 8)

16th and Tremont on the SE corner
East of the speedway and if you go over the White River bridge you’ve gone too far.

I’d love to go but can’t do it this year and you’re group sounds very knowledgable and fun! I’m a Kimi fan; I think you’ll have a great race with all the aero improvements. Plus, Hamilton’s the real deal but the Tifosi are always treated well at this track. Watch for the midpack improving especially RB and BMW…

Rumour has it, Tony’s getting tired of Bernie getting all the $$$ and TG breaks even. If this isn’t corrected you might be seeing it depart Indy very soon. And that would be a tragedy. Unless they raced at Laguna Seca or somewhere similar… Have a great time, I’ll be glued to Speed and the onboard package you can get for an additional 15.00…

    Curt,

You are now officially in the hall of shame. Next thing you’ll admit is wrecking on Matt’s big wheel when he was a tyke! No carbombs for you.

Now I know why Jim was saying he needs DEPENDS. I really thought he was having issues but I understand better now.

Ricky Boobie… I like that… If he starts eyeing guys and trying to kiss men like Farrel and Cohen did at the MTV Movie awards I’m going to need more than a DEPENDS… 8)

I was on my best behaviour Rick so I couldn’t egg on anyone.

Although when I told her it would be for Roman, the Subaru Driver that you’ll hear a lot in the future she said she recognized the name!
Then she asked me wasn’t he the one involved in the Autograph lovefest in Denver that turned out to be a topless revue. I told her I have no recollection of that incident and Sandi kindly jerked my leash and said we have to go. 😆

The persons who got jobbed IMO were TK and Danica. I heard Danica tell her crew chief at the end that they had a winning car and that they’re going to win this thing I promise,. She was crushed and you could hear it in her voice. Tony’s stop with rain coming was :idn: to me. Ahhh but that’s Indy. Ask Buddy Lazier how difficult it is to win the 500. There are a few drivers that excel on the 1.5 mile ovals and then there are those that rise to the top at Indy.

I hope Buddy’s at GJ. I’d love to give him a beer and hear about his win and experiences at the Brickyard.
