Is this still true of the date in October? (11th, not 4th)

How long has it been the 17-19? I’ve thought is was 24-26 forever. 😕

I heard a lot of racers say on Sunday that we should be unified and have events everywhere. Seeing the weak turnouts is not just the economy, BUT the economy prevents racers (including me) from running every event (20 races between CSC,RTR,Clubs).

I don’t know much of the history and politics between the owners, but I hope some solution can be found that maximizes the fields and competition in CO.

Jansen, I think I may know what your ribs feel like. I am doing a little landscaping in the backyard, we had some spare dirt, some space and an xr50. I got a little sideways coming off of a berm and landed on my shoulder—not sure how my ribs got involved but it’s a good thing I’m not racing. I got back on the horse and I think I went faster by riding more precisely. The track is developing nicely.

This is a classic example of how Ghetto Motorsports Squad and Team Hard Kart stay sharp while away from the track. A comprehensive cross-training schedule is a large element of the overall fitness program.

I saw your accidente at GJ, but didn’t get to ask if you were ok till I saw you going back out for some laps. Hope you and your equipment are good to go.

I think this is MHC #3. As for the rubbing? Has to be one of those rolling start classes. :loony:

would love to see the video.

It appears as if the footage turned out AWESOME, but the audio is degraded compared to my previous recordings. The mic must have come in contact with something on the left-hand corners. Maybe it was a connection issue? Anyway, there is so much to edit, I may not cram it in one highlights video. I’ll get it edited up and then decide if it needs music over it to make it watchable. The audio problem may make it really annoying to watch it for very long.

    Any tunes suggestions? :rotate:

We had a good time. 10 S3 karts to start. Hope to see more for the Denver races. Ironically for me, splitting the shifter group in 2 did not avoid carnage. You other shifter guys happy with the split? Other suggestions?

Jim, Chris, Josh, Angie, and the Cooks all did a great job. Thanks.

figure 8 :rotate: which way are you the slowest? Clockwise.

Why does that matter? Does Critical have a spec entry or two? I’ve only been on your track for 3 days, so I’m looking forward to more laps.

Ricky, bikes and beers after the checkers have flown. :loony:

    Thanks, Angie.

I was impressed with the pace of the schedule, even with the late start. Good job by the staff!

Damn! Don’t bother paying up. Glenn said his insurance guy changed his mind and said this is a no go. That blows. Refunds for anyone that has paid.

Stacey, I got quite a different story on the phone for the May 14-17 nights. There are some king suites available at the Residence Inn for quite a bit more than that, and the special rate is not valid at the Courtyard because of other events or low availability. I think regular 2 bed type rooms may be all gone and that is what is causing the disagreement.

I just got $90/night at the Holiday inn through hotels.com. So if their story changes, I can cancel that.

Ok, guys. If you are planning to come out on the 24th, please pre-register on the HPR site.

Enter the date 5/24/2009 and leave the vehicle as car.

Glenn said he is getting pressure to have a bike or car day there instead. There are a lot more of them then there are of us, so please sign up if you have been planning to.

Was it the Wogrins that asked about Junior karters in the tread before it got nuked in the forum update? I still have no answer on that. I asked again.
