We have began to calculate some expenses and this fun weekend and we realized those could reach above $3500 for the whole team, so around $600 to $700 per driver…. Not bad at all.
Anyway we are looking for a good car and then let the fun begin.

Our Team is called “Sabor Latino” so be on the look out for a orange Habanero like car at the track. It will be pretty cool to pit close to our Karting friends so lets stay in touch for this event.

Lets see how many teams from this community are going to compete.

Front Brakes are an extra safety measure….. Nothing like overheating breaks at 70/mhp coming in to a right 90 degree turn…. Who needs brakes when you have barriers. Live to tell and will never do it again.
Front Brakes are an extra piece of mind as far as I am concerned.

Come to IMI as soon as we begin testing and tuning an check the different packages to get and idea what to get…. (whispering…”ROTAX … ROTAX”)

    Angie,

Thank you very much for everything you’ve done and continue to do. You gave Colorado Karters the opportunity to become a community and it is just amazing. The guys running the new site have big shoes to fill…. I am pretty sure they will do great.

    See you at the races…

I am surprised Home Land Security has not aimed at ME yet….. being Colombian! we are almost used to it! :hehehe

PS: are you sure it was home land security and not someone trying to get you S.S info …. lots of identity theft going on this days.

I want to confirm this is a non-smoking event. Our families are interested in attending, however if there is smoking this will change their decision as we all have young kids. Please let us know.

By the way we will be bringing some Pizzas 🙂

    Thank you.

I agree with Doug, there have been many post this fall addressing the same issues that probably are going to be addressed during the meeting and without a clear agenda this could be a waste of everyone’s time. I think we have something great going on here, I am sure there is room for improvement, but we need to provide some matrix to the track owner in order to assist them in the process of making decisions that will be supported by us … “The Clients”. Therefore what about creating a survey (Survey monkey) based on all of the known issues, class, weight, tech etc and let the field (US, the clients) respond. Then the decisions can be made with a more strategic approach rather than the shotgun approach.

    Welcome to a great community!

Karting its a great sport, lots of adrenaline lots of learning but a great group of people to help you and willing to share their knowledge and expertise.

Stop by the TRACK AT CENTENNIAL and look at the different packages and create your own opinion.
