ParticipantThanks Sophie,
If there is anything we can do, please let us know. As you know, I’ve been talking to him and he really did not want everyone to know. He is pretty modest about his private life.
Not to many in the karting community realizes how sick he is. I’m glad you posted here.
Maybe we could pass the hat or use part of the enduro proceeds or do something to help. He has a lot of hospital time already, and looks like it’s going to take a lot more to get him going again, not counting surgery. All without insurance.
Let us now Sophie. Little Bodine needs Gramps around for a while.

ParticipantI’m on the phone with Bob.
He is a very sick man right now, that’s for sure!
But wanted me to assure everyone he’ll be back. And thanks all the well wishers.
He really is a good man and has spent the holidays in the hospital which is very hard on anyone. My heart also goes out to Sue for taking care of her sick husband. A really hard thing to do. Holidays or not.

ParticipantBob; you are a hell of a nice man, and I have known you and Ronnie 5+ years now. The two of you are some of the most down to earth, good natured people out there. I wish you god-speed in recovering and I will see you kicking it this year with Ronnie at the race track.
