ParticipantAlso, a thin coat of antiseize on the mating surface is helpfull to keep the bearing and the rear of the chassis free.

ParticipantWhere do you live?

ParticipantShould still function the same. And the bearing demensions should be the same as well. All the cassettes look a little different, but function the same. At least the ones I’ve seen.
Do you have them out yet?
Rick Schmidt
ParticipantROF,
Barry should have them in stock. Also, Shockwave has bearings for this application. Any of the shop’s should have them.
You’ll need to pull the axle, then unbolt the cassettes, remove from the chassis. The bearing should just rotate to a certain position at 90 a degree angle to the cassette where the cassette has a cut out, the bearing should come right out.

Is it possible to re-schedule the Club race at IMI this way more drivers might be able to participate at the 24 hrs race!IMI Staff? Angie? anyone?
Come on, you can do both! :bang
Looks like the hot tip will be the arrive and drive karts + 1 set of tires for $3500. You’ll be buying extra tires and damage but these karts can go the distance and you’ll save the wear and tear on your machine, a drum of race fuel and 10 sets of tires plus consumables. Much cheaper and will have a good chance of racking up more laps than any of the faster machines running.

ParticipantLooks like Dale and family got some pretty good TV time in Sebring as well.
http://www.victory-lane.tv/ Nice job KC Racing! Good luck in Virginia, we’ll be pulling for you at VIR too.
Quick question Dale. You disappear being the social butterfly you’re known to be when your Dad needs help at these races? :loony:
Glad to hear you’re going to be contesting the Csc Championship Series too!

ParticipantGood things happen to good people. I’m sure if Barry needed help, you would be there as well. And, as far as that Chopper guy goes. Is he getting down to the Tag Masters times with his Shifter yet?
Rick Schmidt
ParticipantI say hang Kirk out to dry here.
I believe month end is the target date for the release of the new web site and hopefully our rule book as not everyone is running Tag.

ParticipantDo the entries seem to be picking up Doug?
Rick Schmidt
ParticipantThat is very fair Doug!
Get em off and clean guys, so he doesn’t have to go through 2 cans of spray cleaner just to work on your unit.
Might be a good time to schedule that bottom end maintenance too?

I think this is the topic you’re looking for on EKN…
http://www.ekartingnews.com/viewtopic.php?t=68418Sounds like this deal effects mostly Jr. cylinders, but i guess they’re urging everyone to get things checked out. Doug, should all Rotax competitors wishing to stay RMax legal get this checked out?
Even if you don’t plan Running Rmax having it checked might be good.

ParticipantI have a slug of near new Mojo’s that anyone who wants them can certainly have them.
Learning to drive on these might be good for learning kart control and they lst a long time. It will require a different chassis set up, I can help point you in the right direction if needed.
