    DO NOT GET ME STARTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best damn handleing kart i have ever driven, hands down, no questions asked, it is so fluidly smooth, and so fast, and the brakes are so powerfull, always handles good, i have been to 4 tracks with it, and have had to do little to anything to make it handle awesome. It has wonderfull support from Intrepids largest dealer, Champion RAcing in norman OK, and Bill is now selling them (bill noud) It is easilly one of the beset looking karts there is, and the quality and craftsmanship are something that you have to see to belive. The machined components are superb, as is the entire setup. Its wonderfull, contact me with any specific questions.

    Highlights

Made in its own specific factory by SKM (one of the largest karting parts producer in the world)
    2 year design-development
all parts are made specifically for this chassis
robatically precision welded, i belive lasers are used to cut tubes as well
2 brakes on the rear disk, this is the most incredible brakes i have ever used

Silverstone has front, mid fourth rail, and rear bars, Suzuka has front, and rear bars, all karts have full caster camber , toe in toe out, low ride setting, full heigth settings front and rear, caster pill assembly, and nuteral pill assembly, adjustible ackerman, curved mid section, 32/30/28 mm tubing, mag wheels, fully aluminum parts, special composite seat

many other things that are specifically unique to this brand

first released to the public in January of 2003, since then has taken Multiple european championships, qualification on the pole at the FA world championship, Asia-Pacific FA victory (FA is formula-a, worlds most premier class) 2nd at supernationals TaG SR class (leopard motor/suzuka chassis) 1st in K1, and 1st/2nd TaG Masters, Dallas PMT S1 Victory, Super G national #5, S1 # 5, Pro ICC #4, and many other accomplishments world wide. This is in the span of one year since introduction.

    Understandable however

The sealing thing goes beyond just changing pistons, it prevents the reed cage and reed changing, which can be a pain if your reeds breake and you dont need a piston, and plan on RMC so you have to send it back. If you have a rotax and do not plan on racing RMC, w/o a seal, you are subject to teardown if there is a susspiction that you are cheating, without the seal, it can be a hassle. In RMC, you can only change the jets, not the emmulstion tubes, needles, piolts, etc. In Tag, jetting is open, with a rotax, you have to clean the powervalve often, and other things. The seal fee is $250 if you decide to put a seal back on for RMC, and things like that

Not anti rotax, but i would like potential buyers to know the good points about a leopard. Either motor is good, and your choice is good. RMC is one of the best series internationally, but outhere, TAG is much stronger, whearas in South Africa, it is primally rotax run exclusivly and they have won the WC for the last 3 years, so that is their thing, but in CO, the TaG concept of motors seems to be the way to go.

    Good job

Denny, do not forget who you were behind in GJ the second time, a leopard won the overall race with 2 bilands right behind me. Mitch was on a leopard, and Greg was on a leopard as well. The second time at AK, 1/2 overall were leopards, followed by a biland, and mike jansan if memory serves correctly. A leopard qualified at 40.5 at steamboat (spilt classes) i forgot Jays qual time, but i think it was .5 slower. Don’t doubt the leopard, it is as equal or better in some situations then a biland, sonik, or rotax. But in other cases, it is behind those motors.

    Leopard highlights
    2nd, 8th, 10th in las vegas
    Masters win in las vegas
    Masters win in RIGP
4th in SR in RIGP (you tell me if it was a leopard)
    and a few others

Rotax his its share of tag accomplishes, and so does biland and sonik. not tryin to stir anything up, but the leopard is just as good if not better then anything else out there

    My opinion
    Leopard

    Can do own maintaince.
National Array of dealers and parts
    Cheaper then Rotax
    More of a useable powerband
No rev limiter (great as long as common sense is used)
No need to buy 300 bucks worth of dellorto jets, can be tuned on the go
    no seal
tunable exhaust (rotax has this too, but no maintance for the flex pipe)
charges itself (no need for 4 batteries, and no chargin between heats)
good radiator, external water pump, great becase its not apart of the motor
Great torque for a two stroke,

Each motor is weighted differant becuase the weights are an attempt to equal the motors based on tested HP
let me know any other questions

stacey, if you can get together a rep from each motor, i will represent the parilla, you have the rotax and the ROC, we just need a sonik, jim keesling could do that, a biland, plenty out there, any others that need to represent a tag.

if you can get a true mass of people out of this, i will see if we can go

Hey, there is a metal place somewhere near DIA that sells weights in custom sizes, you can bend the weigths to fit around your seat, and what not. Graeme should have the number for this place, as i belive he was the one that turned us onto this place
