ParticipantSo Doug, if they try to tear down your 38 HP “STOCK” moto are you going to let them or are you just going to take the DQ like with your ROTAX?

ParticipantStacy: The 17th is fine for my schedule.
Bret: I will be running ICC on the west coast. Are you only racing TAG this year or will you be back in the pro class for CSC?

ParticipantThe differance between 80 Jr. (K2) and Novice 60/80 (K3) is that the 80 jr’s make quite a bit more HP. The Novice 60/80 class is restricted to OEM engine parts for both 60 and 80.With a resrtictor in the exhaust manifold for 80s to make them competative with the 60cc. This year at the club races the novice raced with the 80 jr.

ParticipantI like Rod’s class structure for the shifters, and I wish that the CSC would make it that way for this year. It would be a lot more competition for all shifter drivers. Think about it, wouldn’t it be better to race against 30 people and find out the true state champ. rather than racing against 10 people? :idn: The CSC series would get more exposure with huge classes like that.

ParticipantIf TAG masters mains are gonna be 20 laps make Pro125, 25 laps at least.

ParticipantAnother thing that I think would be cool for next year is to race at more tracks. Instead of going to each Club track twice then steamboat I would like to have one race at each track and fill the rest of the dates with events like That expedition race in CO springs (But as a real race), the denver GP, and probably another Temp. Circut on the western slope.
I think that street races are more exciting and take more from the driver because there is no before race testing.
Let me know what you think

Participanti think that the novice class should say Stock ICC in the rules next year unlike it did this year, where there was no difference between the ICC engine rules in PRO & novice. That could even things out for the moto guys in the class running the restricted carb and stock box against a full blown ICC.
Its not my class but i think it will make things a little more fair in that class.

ParticipantI thought that the TAG rules were no mods on engines all u have to do is take it out of the box and bolt it on but it sounds like to me that people/ teams have been blue printing their engines to perfect factory specs or even better than perfect factory specs. Thats a shame because i got a TAG kart so i could just race so i didnt have to worry about sending off my engine to get it blue printed and spending $ on the engine.
correct me if im wrong

ParticipantHeres what i want for the CSC next year
1 race at each venue:
1 at imi, 1 at bandimere, 1 at CRE, 1 at GJMS, 1 in the streets at colorado springs, 1 at steamboat, 1 at “the track”thats still only 7 races like it is this year but at a variety of tracks
i know the track owners probably wont like that because they lose a big race but this is a racers series right?

ParticipantShouldn’t the shifter classes have a spec fuel if the CSC runs SKUSA rules for all shifter classes? I know SKUSAs spec fuel on the PMT is MS98 for ICCs, and C12 for motos with your choice of either the VP sinthetic oil or RC3/ Maxima 927.
I would like to know because we have been running MS98 all year and if we dont have to in CSC then i would like to try some different fuels/ oils.

Participanti think well be there too
