ParticipantI don’t know if the CSC board is aware that there has been a Stars race scheduled on the same weekend as the CSC opener at GJMS. Hopefully we can adjust this so the drivers competing in Stars will not have to miss the 1st CSC race.
Whos all going to compete in stars this year?

InactiveKyle, I plan on running in Easykart and ICC. Are you running in the Eastern or Western Division?

ParticipantWe planned it that way so that all you fast guys will be gone 😀 Sam paid me good money for that date and I am not giving it back…..

ParticipantWe are looking at trying to move to April 17th, would that work for everyone if we can get it done?

ParticipantYes!! it would work great. You rock Stacey.

ParticipantStacy: The 17th is fine for my schedule.
Bret: I will be running ICC on the west coast. Are you only racing TAG this year or will you be back in the pro class for CSC?

InactiveNO!!
You move it to the 17th and you interfer with CRE and IMI race #2.
We can’t start this jacking around after the track owners and CSC board set their schedules. Once they set it that’s it and we racers have to decide which ones we want-CSC, Track Club, R-Max or National races. :bs:
Some people have already set their schedules.
Sorry guys I disagree. :argue

InactiveRich:
Brad and Stacey can probably work it out. CRE doesn’t want to be part of the series, so does his schedule matter to the series?Bill

InactiveI’m thinking it’s 4 to 1 so far Rich. Allowing young or up and coming racers to race a National series while being able to keep them racing regionally also should definetly be a consideration.

ParticipantRich,
CRE has an RMC race Apr 3 and next on May 1st. I believe these dates are correct. So if the race was moved to the 17th then you could attend the April 10th race, which is the 1st RMC race at GJMS, leave your trailer and equipment in GJ and drive back over the next weekend.
Sounds good to me if I could find a secure place to leave my trailer with all my karting equipment.

ParticipantBrandon my son will be running STARS. If we miss a CSC race oh well. Pick your priorities. National event or a race that is just fun.

ParticipantI thought one of the reasons for a drop was for a racer to able to miss a race and not be taken out of the hunt for a championship? Almost every date has a conflict with some other date somewhere. Now we have kid kart guys needing a date change.

ParticipantThat is exactly what I was thinking. You only have one drop use it wisely. 😀
