WE must never forget and Learn from the past. Torque spec’s depend on the Grade/Properties, Strength 4.6, 4.8, 8.8 etc,.

“Over torqued Studs are common with the use of a impact gun with no limiter.”

Please Contact your Chassis Manufactor for the recommended specs.

Thanks, and Lets keep it safe ❗

I Bang my head this time every season. Question: How many of you in Colorado karting Land see the wheel recreated every year? For me it started in 1978 – 33 years ago. Purchased an Emick with a comet 55 blue printed by Mike @ Valley Kart. There were 2 tracks in Boulder. Tires then Carlisle, after Goodyear, then Maxxis, ok followed by Bridgestone… Not Done yet. Vegas , back to Bridgestone, then Mogos now MG’S…. Dang its true history does repeat itself? And to calculate the amount of Money I have invested in tires all those years ( Granted I did not drive all those years but after I hung up My helmet, All my 3 kids took over.) Ok Pause…… Just had a brief moment of !@#$%^&*() ! Look Folks, I have met many great Fellow Karters in this Time Line and most are now gone, The News, The Courters, The Bailey’s, The Carrelli’s, The MacEwen’s, The Rays, etc,.Too Many to List, they are all gone for now,You get the picture. Lets have a reunion Race? Another Question: Karting in Colorado, What’s the goal? I have to commend All the Track Owners for their Business Models, Because with out them Our Hobby would be – well only a desire. So lets Help All those who long to make new memories with our currant fellow Colorado Karter Families, and Friends. Lets Look at the Whole Picture. Up to “US” the Karters of Colorado to Grow this Thing !!!! Support Your Track and come out and play safely. Thank you!! To All The Track and Club Owners !!!
Tires ???????? They all end up in the same place.. :loco

Kiel Spaulding(08) was P5, behind Ryan(11) in P3. Spaulding lined up at an angle, got pinched between Ryan and P7 Mason Chelootz(00).

Bent Ryans Axle, Blew the tire, and the air box – destroyed. I will add The video soon.

Ryan is eligble in S5 2 more years, and will Run the Skusa Promoto Tour in 2011. I understand Austin as well.

This event was almost like going back in time….( Lets see? 15 plus years) during the day I noticed Families smiling, laughing, working together and even when things were not going as planned( Mechnical issues :bang). The Colorado karting community had an event that had Fathers and their families spending Fathers day in the best way possible. The end result was Quailty Time spent with family, friends and what we Love to do with our spare time and money? :money :win More fun then Golf and bowling in my book. :jump

Chris and Kirk, in regards to the spare motor, anything to get a fellow competitor back in the race…… Besides Watching Ryan and Conner battle Nascar style was a great way for them to prep for close racing in the months to come….. The S5 Class is getting better as the season goes on. :win

Would it be great to see all of the Karts in storage come out and play at all the series that are being run in our blessed state.
Ok ,Rodney – My turn to dream :loco

    Special Thanks to:

AJ Noud for helping on Ryans chassis setup, Brad for rebuilding a super fast Stock Honda
Cory Milne for his advise and assistance :peace

Often there has been many times the question has been asked ” Are you related to Alan?”
Let it be known that somewhere way back in time, Like way back when the Rudolph’s
came from Germany and settled in this beautiful country – there was a connection

Mr. Alan Rudolph has been a great inspiration to both Travis and Ryan. Infact When Travis
ran the Greeley Grand Prix, Alan Smiled and said “Wow I’m not the only Rudolph in Karting!”
He and Richy B. helped Travis dial in the RBI Chassis and Travis podiumed that weekend..

Alan is a class act………………

    There were 8 G.P’s under A.J Nouds Rockymountain Kartworks……..
Austin Schimmel made us proud, he only had a couple of shifter races under his belt at the end of this year and to finish 3rd in a National Event is really-really BIG !!!

My oldest Son, Travis Rudolph had only 3 races in the past 2 years 1 @ IMI and 2 @ The Track .
He knew going into a National event, it was a matter of survival. Out of 44 quaified 38th
    gained 18 spots finished 20th.

Behind Travis was Cory Milne, he did great aswell – watch out for him as he learns quick !
As for the others, the experiance was priceless…

All in all A.J. Noud has a first rate Team and would do anything in his power to keep his team competitve and looking sharpe !!!

My younger son Ryan Rudolph had to bite the bullet, and watch all the action from the sidelines
It was not a pretty sight, but @ the Banquet, He will collect the CSC Mini max Championship Hardware with a smile , I’m sure of that. And @ this point we are not what holds for 2009…….
( S5, Rotax Jr, or Tag Jr. all depends on participation as he does not want to race alone.)

Again A.J, thanks for everything you did to keep Travis in the running…………
