    Scott,

It may have something to due with “wind up” due to the orientation of the belts.

This video isn’t too bad, there are others,

    http://video.google.com/videosearch?hl=en&source=hp&q=mounting+kart+tires&um=1&ie=UTF-8&ei=JA_ASqyMNpTW8Ab35bXBAQ&sa=X&oi=video_result_group&ct=title&resnum=4#

But it is really all about technique.

    How about Bernie Adamson?

He is a top rung promoter for road racing and very down to earth type individual. He may tell you to piss off, then proceed to give you the shirt off of his back. He was very generous in helping Rich Vito.

I am very interested in getting Superkart time on HPR.

Curt, I’ve seen onboard of Matty at Imi plowing worse than that? 😯

Just got home and looked at my laps. Good job Colorado!

What in the world happened in Masters to lose 1/2 the field? That is usually some of the cleaner racing?

And thanks again to Andy @ FTK for honoring Rich for the week. He would be proud.

Get it all home safely everyone.

We have been here since Thursday. Greg was on track Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
Greg has been near the front in most sessions. In two, we had him quickest. By the end of practice on Monday, he was one of the few in the 46s.

Cracked frame, no wonder it wouldn’t handle.

Sounds like a repaired crack and the competition is in deep trouble!

    Go Colorado!!!

Hope you have the time of your life.

Thanks for the updates to those of us at home. We’ve tries that before and have struggled keeping updates going out when there is racing going on? I’m sure you’ll do better.

The Wx looks good for next week.

Sounds like Dog House has a pretty loaded up team.

The forecast looks good after next Tuesday (wet till then) followed by mid to low 80’s. Midwest WX doesn’t get much better than that.

Perfect for tuners with 20 degree swing from high to low, couldn’t order it much better.

    Good luck.

    Hey Troy,

I think Jansen was in a movie titled the same as your thread? :puke

Not sure who all is going to compete out of this states racers, but it seems like there is some great support efforts going out this year from our Colorado Rotax Centers and definitely the best since the Grands were here? It has received a lot of National attention before the start of the season and the build up is reaching a crescendo! Should be good!!!

Want some advise? Don’t worry about what the other guys are doing, just work towards improvement and having fun. At the end of the day that’s what’s important. All those who really love and believe in the Rotax program will be there in force and you will get to see some great spirit in competition. No Leopards, Motori’s, Bilands etc… Just some people who can wring every available drop from the package. And everyone on the same motor (the coolest thing) It is fun to watch and a great learning experience.

The Psl gang are quite possibly the best tuners in the country, take advantage of it.

Hopefully you will get rain the whole time. It is the great equalizer you know. And will keep the bugs down.

Have fun, be safe, change the thread name, pace yourself and keep us updated.

Good luck, bet you like that Crg!!!

    Kody A

I try and forget those days when i had girl’s hair… lol
we were just talking about that greeley spin on the way back from Rock Island this last weekend in fact!

Just wait Kody. Some of us just try to remember when we had hair on the head instead of everywhere else.

Been around karting for a while and don’t remember seeing a kart spin so fast, your Dad is one tough son of a gun to say the least. But then you already know that.

He and Roman have sure had some great battles!

Lets see, where is that pesky Jansen fellow?

Oh there he is (if you look hard you can find him)

Racing against Tags while in Rotax trim (including the old Mojo’s at 27 lbs cold) was fun. Smoking the field was fun, in a kart you haden’t been in until that morning even funner

This man likes going to the tech tent after a race. Seems Roman and Ronnie get there quite a bit.

Roman has walked around his kart once and knows everything that is out of place already, kills me how he does that?

Ron looks about 40 lbs lighter now.
