All races should be rain or shine, that is what they make rain tire’s for. I don’t think the people pulling 500+ miles are going to want to come back next weekend to makeup a race???

There are 6-10 of us here in Utah considering running the CSC. First things first, not all of us go to church over here, so sunday is not a promblem for us, but saturday racing would be much easier for us for traveling.

As far as SKUSA goes I would like to run with a national sanctioning body for rules notoriety ect. and that is why we are considering CSC. I think the CSC operation will, and has run a great race with or with out the SKUSA banner, but I think that all the clubs need to step up and suport Tom (SKUSA) so together all of us can make this a succesful organization.

We have the best track in the country here in Utah, but the reason we want to travel to colorado is due to the operation, people and a national body with a rule book that is enforced which we have not had in four years. I thought CSC was great last year, everyone could use improvment, but it was defiinetly the best I had seen last year. We ran 26 races with four different sanctioning bodies.

Atmosphere, people and tracks you have it all, but you have to have a sactioning body or you are just a club race like ours, and people will be leaving like we are to join a national body.

Blink when we get to our first race I would like to meet you to see if you are realy an a–hole like your posts petray. Maybe you and Brian have some history that I am not aware of, but I have met Brian several times, he seems like a great guy. I am not sure why you want him to leave CSC and run with someone else. Maybe you guys are different than all the other club’s, and you can afford to lose racers????

first of all; i have to tell you all the drivers and parents for utah had an absolute blast last weekend! thanks for everything including the first and second place trophies we took home! I am pretty sure it has not left colby’s or Rick’s side! thanks Stacy, Darren, Angie, Dennis, Jim, Brandon moore ( and dad, ) all corner workers, staff, racers, and any body else I forgot! The Cook’s are class act, and I would drive alot further than four hours to race and hang out with you guys. We are always treted like roylaty! I have raced at alot of tracks and they could learn alot from you! Now for the complaint’s; I am not sure GJMSW had any trained corner workers (which is not their fault)! We had a flagger at the start finish line that is supposed to be the track decision maker, but was on his radio trying to get permission to throw the red flag, which is complete Bull s–t :bs: He should have complete control of any decision on the track, if not get someone up ther that does!! When he throws a yellow flag! that means full corse yellow!!!! noooooo passing! out of all the races I must have seen 50 position changes under a yellow flag!! You need to handle this now! first race points can still be made up for the year, and go to AMB to print out, and disqualify any position change under yellow It’s not hard to find out! check times, see who is missing (karts on their tops)! check position and delete them from the race! excluding karts on their tops! Even if it is my kid; I do not care if he gets a DQ, he will learn not to pass on yellow ever again!! The hard thing for me, my driver is my nephew I brought his parents for this trip, and I think if he would have had to run one more time, that would have been it for him, me and my $20,000.00 investment! I agree 100% on splitting up these classes I expressed this at the fist of the year! Junior1 two classes; mini max & comer 80 the only skusa regional class run on sunday in junior1. I will give the track the $200.00 for lost entry fees on the 2 animals at the next race. We were planning on runing the CSC series, but will be doing alot of a– kissing to get my nephew to Denver, or do I want to even go????

    P.S.
not all the crashes and roll overs were in Junior1. I think all the drivers need a refresher course on open wheel racing!!! :idn:

IF CSC IS GOING TO BE PART OF SKUSA, THEN WE RUN SKUSA RULES! WE DO NOT ADJUST A NATIONAL CLASS ( K-80) TO CONFORM TO A LOCAL OPTION! WEIGHT IS 225LBS, AND THE REST OF THE RULES ARE IN BLACK&WHITE AT SUPERKARTS USA. IF THE MINI MAX & ANIMAL ARE GOING TO BE A PROBLEM AND THEY ARE CLOSER IN SPEED, THEN THEY NEED TO RUN THOSE TWO CLASSES TOGETHER. I KNOW ALOT OF PEOPLE THAT ARE PLANING TO TRAVEL LOND DISTANCE TO RUN CSC, AND I”M NOT SURE HOW MANY WILL BE BACK AFTER THEY GET RUN OVER BY A KART THAT IS MUCH FASTER, AND SHOULD NOT EVEN BE IN THEIR CLASS! IF YOU ARE RIGHT; AND THE COMER IS 5 SECONDS PER LAP SLOWER THAT WOULD BE ABOUT THE SAME AS 80CC AND 125 WITH LES EXPERIENCED DRIVERS! LOOKS LIKE A BIG SAFETY ISSUE TO ME! :idn:
