check the crank sensor at the bottom of the engine (REAR) the sensor is the one that makes the coil spark.No signal from the sensor=no spark.

:cheers: Terry,no doubt about it, briggs mod is a very good start but $$$$ wise or at longe term is more expensive than tag,we start racing briggs, but to be competitive is a lot of money and time that you need to spend working on your engine,and remember the more karts on the track the more that you learn.
