ParticipantHi Jordan,
Come on by and we can help you with your needs. Tony, who seems to know everything, is way off base.
The Track at Centennial sells and services Birel. It is one of the top brands in the world. They just won the WKA Constructors Championship 3rd time in a row, nationally.
Locally, we have many customers that race on a Birel, test and tune with the equipment and have no desire to race, but just love it, and the race team “Dog House Racing” which uses Birel, is by far not the end use. Ben, who is the Tracks chassis tuner, has put William Owen, first year racer on the pole, and two front rows in all the races with a Birel in TaG Senior. Ben is usually way out in front showing what the product can do. But race results, as you know, are not anyway near telling the whole story. The Track at Centennial sells Birel because the importer, MRP stocks over 2 million dollars worth of equipment, and we can get anything you need overnight, if we are out. Please ask that question to whoever you want to do business with.Service and availability. Just ask around. And ask any of the racers that actually race. But on the same end, ask a GP, they will say GP. Ask a Tony, he will say a Tony. Ask a CRG, he will say CRG. Ask an Arrow, they will say Arrow. Everyone who bought a kart will give you their answer, so it’s up to you to decide. Any one brand is going to have a chance to win.
Good luck shopping, we would be glad to help in anyway!

ParticipantBob,
Thanks for making the trip down and signing up. I will gladly accept your offer. We have the archived papers for the motor. I have Rick from Texas coming in Friday afternoon to do tech, as well as Josh Smith. We will pre-tech the motor and take it from there. It really isn’t about the money, its about all the variances with the Biland motor that caused the problems in Vegas all those years ago.
See you on Friday or Saturday, and thanks for your support!
Regards,
JimJim Keesling
ParticipantHi,
The track layout is the same…
As of now, we will not have tires/fuel for sale. Please be prepared and bring your own. We will still have the fuel farm, and refueling area.
Glad your coming!!!!
Thanks,

ParticipantI Wanna go back to TaG Masters!!!!!
Thanks for all the kind words. I agree that this was some of the best racing we have seen in years. Lap after lap after lap!
The TaG Master freight train was unreal! For those that couldn’t be there, a few important announcements…
Altitude will televise a 2 hour special for the July 11 Racing the Rockies race 3 at The Track. We have confirmed “CableCam” and will place the high tension camera over the track to get never before seen footage of the racing. We are working on an “in-kart” cam for every group that goes onto the track.
More exciting things to come!
Special thanks to the Cooks, the whole staff at Grand Junction Motorspeedway, and to all the racers for putting on the greatest show yet. The producers from Altitude were in house, and asked if I could duplicate the event for July 11!!!
Thanks again to all the racers and winners in each class.
Results are up on my-laps, and points will be updated by weeks end.See you at The Track!

ParticipantHi,
Due to many double classes of Tag Senior and Spec Shifter, I have swapped the last two classes. This should work out for the best.
Thanks,

ParticipantYes.
Please go to TaG USA and look up the archived motors only for local option.
The weights are listed there. 400 senior, 415 masters.
Thanks,Jim Keesling
ParticipantJoe,
Yes, they will run with the TaG group, but will be running for their own points as Rotax. Could you explain to me what you think the difference is between Tag set-up and Rotax set-up. All Rotax engines within Tag must follow RMAX rules.
You must be a Rotax member, and will get scored for trophies as such.
Thanks,
JimJim Keesling
ParticipantJoe,
The Rotax of the Rockies is run during all of the Mile High Challenge races. You may also find the schedule under the RMAX Challenge web site.
It is also listed under the racing link Rotax of the Rockies on the Track website. Thanks,
