I love seeing videos of F1 guys playing around in Karts. Luizzi is really good on the brakes, wow. Can’t quite catch The ‘Schu, though. 😉
Couple photo galleries too…

Now that makes me feel a little special…. 😆
July 23, 2009 at 10:38 pm #63005Mike JansenParticipantDavid Coulthard had a kart day recently in England and one of the first comments he said when he got up and out was how much he forgot how sore his ribs got from karting…
JEEZ! Schuey still looks like he could go out in an F1 car and still dominate. He looks great and I am not a Schuey fan!
July 23, 2009 at 11:36 pm #63006Mike EdwardsParticipantMikey#2…..I look great too but that doesn’t mean that I could drive an F-1 car does it? 😆 Remember everybody looks fast in still photos.

Remember that Schuey got in a car over the winter and was only .2 seconds off the pace. This from a guy who’s been retired for over 3 years. Then I see these pictures and it makes you realize that retirement hasn’t made him soft!July 24, 2009 at 8:07 am #63008Jon RomeneskoParticipantOh come on, Mikey #1…Schu probably only works out 3 hours a day now that he’s retired.
July 29, 2009 at 6:35 pm #63009Bruce BomanParticipantBack to the big karts for Schuey in a couple weeks and probably for the remainder of the season. Godspeed in your recovery Felipe!

Kirk “The Shew” Deason was engaged in an agressive program learning to drive a clutch. Looks like his hopes for replacing Massa have diminished?
July 29, 2009 at 7:09 pm #63011Jon RomeneskoParticipantI hope Massa gets back into a race seat as soon as possible, but Schumacher and Kimi racing together under the same tent? I am loving this! Valencia should be great!
July 29, 2009 at 8:54 pm #63012Garrick MitchellParticipantYEAH BOY! “Super Sub” Schumi!
:driver
July 29, 2009 at 10:37 pm #63013Mike JansenParticipantIn a months’ time I’ll be watching live at 5:30 am, tea in one hand and popcorn in the other.
This’ll get good! And with BMW now out of F1 let’s see the silly season really get into swing now! Quick (bearded) Nick is going to be out of F1 IMO…
July 30, 2009 at 5:01 am #63014Jon RomeneskoParticipantI usually DVR the races to catch up on my beauty sleep, but this one will be worth getting up early for!
If the FIA decides that Renault can race, and Alonso comes back into the picture, this will simply be the biggest race since Brazil 2006 (or maybe later)! 😯

The last 3 or 4 races have been broadcast on Fox on Sundays at around 1:00 pm or so. They don’t air them on Speed until Wednesday or Thursday the following week. I suspect that it is preparation for the possible American team and that if one is feilded all the races will be broadcast on Fox.
So, beauty sleep for all, unless you’re watching a live feed on the computer.
July 31, 2009 at 6:00 am #63016Joe RosseParticipantI believe the 4-race Fox broadcast series is over, and it’s now back to Speed (5:30 am):
