ParticipantThis is all well and good however this past week I have had conversations with two different groups of people that didn’t know Karting existed in Colorado at any level. We need to reach out to the folks that aren’t currently involved in our sport. :loco

ParticipantIf your not racing at the Cook’s cool track in Grand Junction join the PPKRC at PPIR this Sat. and Sun. Also make sure to mark your calenders for PPKRC races on Jul. 10-11 and Sept 11-12 at Bob’s World Famous Pikes Peak International Raceway in wonderful Fountain, CO. a short drive South on scenic I-25.

Reading the generous comments like these posted here make all the hard work worth every bit of effort . For a lot of us workers it was our first race, as race workers ,and I would like to thank all the racers for the high level of professionalism and patience that was displayed at all times.In two weeks on May 22-23 PPKRC (http://www.PPKRC.com) will have their first race at this World Class facility PPIR (http://www.PPIR.com). We have a high standard, that was set during the history making race this past weekend, to live up to. :clap:

ParticipantIt wasn’t that long ago that The Denver Post did a huge story on Karting at Jim’s Track with all the other tracks getting some press as well. We should do all we can to thank the Post for showing Karting (motor sports) in positive light. :spiral
