The JHK Marketing, Inc. matter was an advisory report which the Airport Board accepted as part of their Consent Agenda approval.

I imagine that you are interested in the section of the Staff Report that deals with correspondence labeled Exhibit C which details notices to Denver jetCenter (DJC) who had certain rights concerning the JHK leased property if said property should become available. FYI, Staff will be preparing an amendment to the Denver jetCenter lease to add the property and it will be presented at the January 14, 2016 meeting of the Board for its consideration for approval.

If there is anything else concerning this matter that you need answered, please feel free to contact me.
