You’d be best served to ask a few guys in your area for a basic setup, specific to the tires you all run. You don’t need to worry about reaching out across the country, most racers are pretty friendly and will help you get to a good base line.Just in case you don’t have it, here’s the crg guide. Also, the arrow kart guide has a few items that are specific to hard tires and low horsepower, which relates to the 206:

unless there are complaints about lack of grip relating to safety issues, i wouldn’t recommend a change. It would be nice to have more grip, but what would that accomplish besides better lap times?
Even if it’s not a significant cost increase, it’s still a cost increase which usually doesn’t favor growing the sport.
