    I will be helping Lee Gagna again this year in Tag Sr. with the same Parilla on a new Biesse B3 chassis, he decided to put his dads bent Margay to rest.

    All those young bodies in overpowered 125’s will be something for us to watch. Poor old Matty will be in the same old boring stuff in ’04. Heck, with Reese, Jake, Jeff, Greg, Josh, Ace, and a host of others moving up, we may have a successful year in the 80. Thanks guys, we appreciate it!

    Second Creek tomorrow is the place to be.

    Kurt, i doubt the 80s will be boring next year, there are still plenty of talented drivers in the 80 field. The 125 field will be quite the show, all the people moving up from TaG, 80, novice, and what have you. the drivers i think will do just fine with the overpowered 125s

    For 2004 Bret will be driving in the SCCA in the Spec 7 class.
    We plan on still running a kart as well.
    Either our Pavesi – Arrow AX-8 ICC Shifter or we may be going back to a Rotax package. Depends on if we find a new home for the ICC.

    good for you guys, fill us in on what the spec 7 class is, i belive its slightly modified sports cars, but thats more an educated guess. Tell us what it is, where you will race, what car you have, etc

    Dave, good luck guys. One question, why Spec7 vs. the Spec Miata class? I had thought the Miata class was more popular in Denver.

    The Spec 7 is a 1981-1985 Mazda RX-7 that has several modificaitons:
    1. Race Suspension with larger tires (Kuhmo’s), Roll cage installed, 5 point harness, master kill switch, fire ext., and a few more things.
    The class is very much like the Rotax class, meaning the motor , trans., must be stock.
    It is my understanding that most of the guys running the Miata’s came out of the Spec. 7 class. The big difference is a Spec 7 race ready is between $4000-$5500 and the Miata’s are about double that.
    So old Mom and Dad’s hip pocket can only take so much.
    (Beside’s I have always wanted to have one of the first generation RX-7’s since they came out in 1979)
