As for the sand, I think these guys are prepping for global warming. I am jonesing for opening day, though. Hell, I have a rebuilt left arm…what’s the worst that could happen?

10-20 minutes of healthy exercise depending on how fast you are 😀
The guy who filmed that is in his 50’s, has asthma, and was recovering from a cold, and his fastest time was 10min 30sec. I was a little behind him at about 11 minutes… the guy is a frickin’ animal.
