Ive got a solution that we used in the military. It was called “smokers”. On fridays if you had a beef or problem with someone you called them out and got in the ring. Put on gloves and had at it. We could do it a little different. Have a half time show at the track. We could even charge a fee make the track owners happy. As they say “LETS GET IT ON!!!”

    Blink (Brad),
For the third time you really don’t know me.
(and your certainly don’t know my net worth, and that’s none of your
    business anyway, isn’t it?)
And for the second time, I’m happy with the way thing’s worked out
    regarding the Biland.
I’m just a guy who paid money to race at your facility and bought parts.

I can accept the fact that you don’t like spec. class racing.
I can accept the fact that you don’t like the Easykart.
I can personally accept just about anything you care to throw my way.
You are entitled to your opinion as I am mine.

You really don’t know me or what I’m about.
Frankly, I love this sport. I love the competition, I love that fact that it can bring together close relationships between parents and Son’s / Daughter’s.
I love the fact that it gives adults the chance to live a dream that they might have had at youth again. There is a lot that I love about this sport.
I’m about building this sport. For the sake for the sport it’s self and the people who participate in it.
Since you really don’t know me, you wouldn’t know that I put a lot of time and energy in building this sport.

What I don’t understand is why you believe the way make your business look bigger is to try to knock down all the other ones around you.
I don’t understand that when someone has a different opinion than yours
    you resort to personal attacks.
( An come on Brad, don’t you think it’s a little third grade-ish to call me a turd?)

If you re-read my post you will notice that I just tried to get you to pay attention that your customers are reading what you post.
Then all I did was answer your questions.
At no time had I resorted to personal attacks on you.

With this post I’m done with you, I’ve said what needed to be said.
And have decided to agree to disagree.
    The discussion is over.

Bring your EasyKart to the next CSC race and see how you do against the Biland, Leopards, Sonics and the other TAGS.

I get a kick out of these “my karts faster than your’s” type of arguments. They make for great fun and done in the proper light, they can build excitment and participation.

But for the record, a KGB with a Rotax is the fast kart at IMI. According to the times that are posted on this site, no other combination has come close to the times this particular combination (kart/motor/driver) has put down. The time to shoot for boys and girls is 53.7. This year, the times should be about the same, maybe just a bit faster as we have to run 10# more weight but the MG tires are a bit quicker than the ‘stones we ran last year.

Lets settle this at the track.

I know for a fact, as well, that Rotaxes are the quickest up there. No disputing that here Doug :sun:

Rotax also has the track record at GJMS

    Brad,

I love you posts, your personal attacks and quite frankly your sheer ignorance.

Yes, you let me borrow a Biland to run a club race at IMI. I didn’t weigh in before, during or after practice and in fact I didn’t have a transponder on for time. I brought your kart over, dropped it off and so no thanks to racing it….it’s was kind of like the movie “It’s a Wonderful Life” when George shook Mr. Potters’ hand (me being George of course).

In regards to misdealings at IMI, I’ve had a few but the most flagrant disregard for ethics is when I bought 2 rotax motors from you. I clearly stated to you that they were to be brand new out of the box ’02 motors and we agreed on a price that was $200 less than you were asking. I ended up paying your jacked up rate because you were holding my karts for ransom and wouldn’t release them until I paid you what you wanted. AND TO TOP IT OFF, I got 2 very used, very rebuilt motors. In fact, one was a converted junior motor. I found this out after I sent the motors to California for a fresh top end and called you on it and all you did was refer me to your “distributor”.

The second crappy deal I made with you was to buy one of your “brand new” Gold Eyrie chassis’ that was hanging on the wall. I wanted a 30mm chassis, I asked you if it was a 30 mm chassis and said it was. I ended up buying the chassis only to find out that the damn this was a 32mm chassis that was hanging on your wall for 2 years.

Here’s the problem, not Caveat Emptor (sp), because I should have done my research on my own. The problem is that I clearly stated to you, as the owner of the business, what I wanted and you lied to me.

I couldn’t even begin to tell you how happy I was to win the inagural CSC Tag Championship with a Rotax (that I bought from Sam Walls, not one your motors), not just for personal accomplishment but more to shove it in your face that a Biland didn’t win and a rookie kicked your drivers ass on his own home track.

As to cheating? Do you remember Benny, or his he still in jail? At the 2nd CSC race at IMI he was running a Margay chassis with a Biland but didn’t have any lead on his kart. He came in after Q, Pre and Main and was quickly ushered off the scales. I went over to him after the race (which I won of course) and asked him how a Margay with a Biland could run at higher weights without any lead. He stood there shocked for a while and finally stated that it was due to the bigger radiator……..right.?!?!?! Two weeks later I asked him again if he was under weight and he freely admitted that he was ATLEAST 20 pounds light.

Personally I could give 2 shits about you or IMI, I just love pushing your buttons and causing you to come on public forums and completely make an ass out of yourself.

Good luck at Supernats…..oh wait, you’re no longer the Biland importer so I doubt you will be there….nice work.

You can’t even tell the same lies and bs stories twice the same way. I would think that you should know what the difference is between 30mm and 32mm. 2mm, what you have to try and hold onto in the restroom.

OK guys… enough already. I don’t like to have to step in and play moderator on the forum, but this subject has run its course. There is no need to drag this out with name calling, bickering, and so on. If you have more to say to one another, pick up the phone, or send private emails.

I have enough to worry about these days, with another big race on the horizon, and the kids out of school for the summer. And now, every time I leave the house for a few hours, I have to worry about what is going to be posted on the site for the world to see, when I return!

Thanks for letting this one end here.:peace

    Sorry Angie.

Brad – What are you talking about? What bs lies? The time you cheated me out of my money with the rotax’s, the time you lied to me about the chassis being 30mm or the time Benny was underweight? Hummm? Please go back and search this website for this very same discussion and see where my story varies. It doesn’t.

Nice penis joke, I’m sure the kids will really love that one. No class.

I find it interesting no one wants to read this garbage “YEAH RIGHT”. But notice how many people read it!!!! So other than the moderator Angie who pretty much has to read everything. I have one question. If you don’t want to read this post why do you keep coming back to see whats posted?
Human nature I guess. I for one don’t mind seeing two different opinions or controversy. I would also agree there is absolutely no need to use any profanity.

    Brian,
I personally think you are a great guy and very comitted to your sons best interest! (I respect this) Brad has never been anything but fair to me. Dave has answered questions where others have run out of ideas. I don’t see too many people out there who are more emotional about their kids the Mr Reed. Dennis has mentored Roman in much the same way Mike Jansen has, don’t know George. I have to admit, I have watched this post like driving by a serious car wreck hoping no one is hurt but still looking for the “blood and guts” I am not forming an opinion on anyone on this thread. But I keep driving by looking for the “blood and guts” but still hope no one is hurt. So I guess I’m one of the “numbers who have read” on this forum. When we started racing I told Roman there is the pure part of the racing (you pitting your skills against others) the adrenaline part (we’ve been on both ends of a mistake during a race) And the politics (it’s everywhere you go) We just like racing with you guy’s. It’s not allways pretty, but such is life. Sorry Angie, but I am one of the 2400 + views on this thread. Let’s just race!
