That would be cool watching you out there racing again Roger. Tag Masters has had some great racing lately, might be a good choice if you can get the nut without shifting? They are not all over 35 but Jim could make that an option I suppose.

Rotax Masters might be good this year too. You’ll have to race the younger big crowd, but you can handle them. Either way, your going to have to strap on some weight to run the old, slow, big class. :bang

Should be about another 3 years before your son starts burning up the track.

    Hope all is well,

    Rick

You maybe in the 35+ crowd, but slow????????????????? I don’t think so. Tag Masters is certainly the biggest group but there is a growing number in the heavy stock shifter.

Roger, if you are an old fart you belong in the tag masters group.

Yes mike is slow he has hardly raced in 2 yrs and still can’t complete 20 laps!

Our class last yr ran 15-25 karts in the club series, but now that Jim wants a divorce from Brad that will seriously lower the numbers! Suck it up Jim and make up :bang :liao:

    Roger,
AWESOME!!!! You have been there from the start with our karting. And an awesome teammate in the 24 hour race, and Founding member of The Dog House. Hope you are recovered to do it all again, as well as jump back in the race stuff…
Don’t forget to look at the DD2. Serious growth out of sight and growing this winter getting ready for next season.

Too bad Vito’s memory has gone, or he would know who you are.

Numbers are looking better for the coming year…. Can’t wait!!!

    Welcome back!!!!

Now that the survey process is complete, many, including myself, are wondering what TTAC class structure will look like for 09. Will we run TAG USA, SKUSA or another? If my memory serves me correct, I believe there was some discussion on limiting the number of engine packages. Is that still the plan, and if so, what engines can we run in the TAG classes?

    Thanks
    Eddy

Wait a minute…what? This is a can’o’worms! Do we need a new thread just for THIS? Where did you hear this? Does this fall under the ‘local exception’ rule? Are we throwing in the towel on TAGUSA? Gonna roll our own? The cat’s out of the bag now, let’s please discuss this.

Was there a dominant motor in Colorado Tag? Seemed the Rotax had great success at all tracks. (if there was anything close to domination) If The track series does Miller, Gj, TTAC and Vegas, as was rumored, the Rotax would work, but a hard kart….now that’s another story. 😉

WOW, chill out guys! Give Jim a chance to respond to the question. Limiting the number of or type of engine packages was not something that was proposed or recommended by any competitor as far as I know. Just a subject that Jim brought up during a conversation at TTAC following the final club race.

    Hi all,
Why doesn’t everyone quit worring about 2009, and plan on going to the awards party Saturday night and enjoy the rest of 2008?
    See you there,
    Jim

Old and slow? If only you were old and slow when you were racing Keenan and I in Stock moto back in the day, would have made the season a lot easier! Watch out guys, if Rodger starts racing again, he will be a threat.

I hope you’re not implying I am worrying about 2009. Just trying to make plans on what series we will be running and what kind of kart and engine we’re buying. Santa needs to know!!!! And inquiring minds have to KNOW. By the way, it’s good to know you’ll be at the Banquet. Wasn’t sure if you big time SKUSA party animals would be showing up. News travels fast, LOL!!

Now, please don’t play I’ve got a secret. Spill the beans, so we all can get ready to play come Spring.

    Cheers,
    Eddy

Sorry Eddy, You are just going to have to wait…
Let’s end 2008 by celebrating 2008, and not stirring the pot before the year end party…
Santa will have plenty of time to do his shopping…

I hope everyone had a great Turkey day and is getting ready for the rest of the Holiday Season.

I think Eddy just called you out Kirk?

May have to roll the fall / winter polyester driving suit and take the hard kart off the cinder blocks, and school him?

    See you guys Saturday.
