We need to get an accurate head count of people planning on attending this event, so we can plan on enough food for all.
We are still in need of people to bring entrees
We need volunteers to bring all paper goods (plates, napkins and silverware)
We need people to bring fruit trays
We need some more desserts
We also need lots of chips/pretzels etc.

We will be bringing some desserts from Mountain Morsels (Cookie tray, cake(s) depending on how many people RSVP.

We will also have some sweets to auction, sell, give-away or whatever to help raise money.
