Stop it guys. You want to have a grudge match, do it on your own time. The CSC races are not the place to prove some sort of point. Rodney, no one took engines home over night, I don’t know where you got your information. I hope you do come out and race with us. I am not sure that waiting until race day to get an engine fitted on the kart is a good idea, it is much better to do it ahead of time. If you are out at The Track for the June 4 race, and the Saturday before, we could take a look and see.

Oh, and when you all do show up to race together. Leave the egos at HOME! Remember it is for the kids to have fun while they are improving their driving skills. It is not about you.

The personal digs have got to stop! If you don’t have respect for each other fine. But have a little respect for me, and the rules I have set forth for this forum. Have a little respect for the rest of the people out there reading this forum.

The Honda motor is the best thing for this class. Let the kids race and have fun.

Correct me if I am wrong but is this not the class with the cute little kids that look like a helmet with four wheels going about 15 MPH but looking like they are trying to go 100????

Let the little boogers have fun and quit bitching. I can only tell you this is truly the only class with pure racing. If you 50cc fathers are bitching now please leave the sport before you can actually cheat and go 20mph plus. The kids will never accuse anyone of cheating if you do not plant that seed.

Let the kids have a ball. I know I do watching them.

This sport is unbelievable. Start them young and they will get a bad attitude like you.

Here is my new moto. ” Show me a cheater and I will show you the guy that just beat you “

    Love peace and chicken grease,

    RB

As I read these threads on the kid karts, I am dumfounded at the controversy.

The youngest group, the cutest looking kids as stated above with the most controversy from the adults. You would think this bickering would come from the older adult classes.

Me for one would like to see a Tag Master class where the motors were cleaned and supplied with gas and oil for every race day for $45. That would keep me out of the garage preping my kart for 5-7 hrs prior to each race & keep my expenses <$5,000/yr. Brad came up with a great idea-yes Brad I am complementing you! That kid has 2hp more than my kid. He is cheating. I want a new engine.I am glad that my attitude is to go out and have fun, be as competitive as I can on the track, fellowship with all the great Tag Masters & the rest of the Colorado karting community. If I come in last, 5th, 6th or whatever, if I get the excitement, the adrenaline rush, the chance to race close with Jack Nugent or Mike Jensen or even Charles Gordon, or Craig Mansfield it is a great day!I think these parents should race eachother in a Adult-kid kart class: >35yrs; 375 lbs with grass whip engines and get their rocks off that way, instead of setting a bad example for their kids and the rest of us racers.

If I have offended anyone, I am sorry. My feelings on the matter and sometimes I am not tactfull.

Guys it was about the Kids and you see why were not racing this year, as of the last 2 years we not only ran csc we ran every club event at bandi and imi-(IF MONEY IS INVOLVED). Anyone who truley knows me and my family knows we don’t know anything about the motors and that the motor we had was the original one from the day we bought the kart and was not even removed from the frame till all the bs from Brad and others started
I have always said that my kids would be really good if they had a pit crew who knew what they were doing
Heck look at josh’s kart same frame and motor for 3 years now and dirty as can be as always
Just bring the parts to fit us with the honda for a top kart and we would be glad to run at a track that does and will follow rules and treat there customers with the respect that any good Business person knows is the key to long term success not short term profit
