ParticipantThanks for the early heads up. This morning I heard on the radio this storm could be good for 12″ in the metro area Friday and Saturday.

ParticipantWhat will the friday schedule be like for those wanting to practice? I image we will be running uphill saturday and downhill sunday, is my assumption correct?

ParticipantHi Jason,
The first race of the season is usually a little crazy anyway. We have a lot of new racers, so I need to see how things are going.
My first thought is to run it the same way both days. If that is the case, we will give everyone ample time to practice whatever the direction. All updates will be posted on the Track’s website.
Thanks,

ParticipantDang. You mean to say that we don’t have any aspiring WRC drivers in our ranks? And I was looking forward to watching my first Sno-Kart event too….

ParticipantIf the weather cooperates there will be a race Sunday at HPR. The Rocky Mountain SCCA cars will be out in force with the first showing of Chris and Stu Waterman in their new F-1000.

ParticipantIt will be downhill. We always start the year downhill. 😀

ParticipantMaybe The Track should change that and go uphill the first race. Being that turn one can be a little tricky going downhill especially with all the new guys.

ParticipantNot that it matters because the first race of the season MOST EVERYONE has brain fade and or rust but I’d be privy to go uphill. The bus stop is a better corner “to wait and see what happens”. Downhill, turn one quickly eliminates the suspense…

ParticipantBoth directions would be cool, and it may also help me decide which day I’ll come out.

ParticipantAnd the answer is…..
