Wonder if the seller would let you look at it and record the vital information?

Very astute observation, Doug! You should have used your skills as a CSI! Anyhow, I would have to agree, it’s fraud. If it was legit that thing would have sold a couple minutes after posting. I’ll report it to Craigslist.
Sounds just like the real estate scams they were taking about on 9 News last night that are using Craigslist.
