I like Bill Ray’s suggestion of a Pace kart. They used this at the Rotax nationals last yr and it kept the pace down.
It seems that pole sitters just run to fast a pace to the green flag, and that just separates the backhalf of the group.
If your not going to use a pace kart than BLACK flag the pole sitter after the first try and send him to the back.
