:usa: I received some additional items yesterday for the fund-raiser. A one hour massage and aromatherapy from Massage Envy. Rick and Jay you better bid on this for all the work Tammy and Lucy are doing on this event. A super gift basket of many coffee blends and assorted treats from Troy and Jen Smith of iBEANCOFFE,INC. :usa: I talked to Sophie yesterday and she was with Bob at the house and said he is better than he was last week. I plan on seeing him this week and will have a better up date. It does sound a little better this week than last week.
:usa: We need a Visa/Master card machine…. If a fine business would let us borrow their machine for the day it would help us in the bidding on the silent auction items. Please someone step forward. I already have six deposits on the blind draw for the race. If the first one fills and I know it will a second one can be done.
:usa: It looks from the Bud shootout warm up we should have an event filled race. Drew Kunter will be running the shuffle board event. Let them pucks slide and hang thanks Drew.
I know some of you actual do other things than karting. In that vein we will have some golf clubs, and green fees at the silent auction. The white tigers or mid season sellers could use some eighteen-hole relaxation. It could also be another course that wouldn’t let you back on after racing the golf karts. Jump on the train and tell Jay how many are coming and what you are bringing to the 500 Party. If you can”t make it in person. You can donate before the event. :usa: We have Mike Edwards running the pool tournament. We set up a fifty dollar first prize with many other items to include in the tournament. :usa: Thank you. Greg Welch has donated a day of driver training. It is important item for a new or old driver. I taught myself to ski and now know how to ski backwards because I ended up in that position so many times. The message is that you can only be better if you work at being better. If I had taken a lesson I would have been a better skier a lot faster. A driving school will make you better period. Place a bid on one of the two we have been blessed to received and improve your performance

It is a truly a great place with great people and we will have the use of downstairs area if needed. We have received some auto car washes a special BBG grill that looks like a NASCAR gas can and many other items. Two bottles of Colorado distilled Whiskey (Stranahan’s Colorado Whiskey) to use in a silent auction I am going on a tasting next week if anyone wants to go with me. We need more items to use in drawings and give aways. Yes we have a kid area. Yes we have a food area. Yes we have pool tourament. Yes we need someone to run a suffle board tourament. Yes we have big screen TV’s Yes we have a blind draw on the race. Yes we will coupons for drawings. Yes we have off street parking and the meters on the street are free on Sunday. :usa: I just got back from Action Karting with many things in tow for the 500 and Bob Reed. A racing suit in many different sizes so the one I show can be turn in for one that fits the racer.. Many test and tune days and many rental kart cards. It is special how much people are able to give to help out one of our own. Craig
:usa: We are in the process of setting up a blind draw for the race you do not have to present to win. It is twenty five dollars a square. A car number will be drawn and assigned to you. If your car wins the race you win $200.00 An additional one hundred dollars of gas will also awarded. So you should have no excuse for not attending you could win a tank of gas. There are sets of tires ,motors, driving schools, track test and tune coupons , a chassis’ , t shirts too many items to list. It will be the event to have been at when people ask you what you did for the 500. The Skylark lounge has $250.00 in drink coupons.
