    What if there is only 60 racers, do they get the $10 back for each race they paid extra for?

    Guest,
    The racers will have the awards surcharge rebated to them at the end of the season if the minimum number of competitors qualification is not met. The funds will be secured in a separate awards savings account until paid out to the competitors.
