ParticipantJust in case you missed it, here they are
Click here to see the final rules —> 2004 CSC Classes and Rules :look
You can always find a link on the Colorado Karter web site home page (top left under Menu) to Colorado Sprint Champioship that will have the latest official news posted and a link to the rules.
These classes and guidelines are generally what you will find at each of the three tracks (Action Karting, IMI, GJMS) for their local events, as well.

InactiveJust got back from vacation, so I apologize if this is a dumb question but……
Are we still planning on splitting the TAG Senior class to two classes , one of which is masters (old/heavy), if there is sufficient turnout at the first race of the CSC series. (BTW, what is sufficient turnout anyway)
And if so, has the powers that be decided on a weight if it does happen, so we don’t have an hour long argument on race morning.
And if we do have enough, will the class exist for the whole season, regardless of turnout per race or would it be decided at each race.
I’m asking because if there is no masters class, then I’ll just leave the kart at home and help Dane in the pits.
Thanks

ParticipantI agree with Dennis about having the TaG class split into masters and senior, i could manage to take that 20 extra pounds off my kart. I’ve got a Sonik and to make 395 lbs i had to put 72 lbs on my kart, i wouldn’t mind taking some off! This is my rookie year so i’m not sure what was done with the class in previous years but seperate classes sound nice if there is sufficient turnout.
See ya out there!

ParticipantDennis,
There ahs not been a decison yet to make two Tag classes. However, it still stands just like we always have said. We need all the racers to show up and force us to have two classes. If we get enough racers at the first race, we will split the class into to Tag senior and masters. The weights will be per SKUSA/TAGUSA.

ParticipantTo whoever may be intersted. I see a small problem in the mod animal tilly carb no-go rule. On EC tillisons web site the carbs used for the last ten years in the mod classes, like super stock, blue wazom, limited mod in IKF and WKA are only refered to as a .875 venturi. But the tech of them has allways been with a .900 no-go. EC Burt pointed out to me that if the .875 venturi no-go is inforced, that all the tilly carbs built in the last ten years would fail. 😕
