Hello to all,
This week the tents go up, the fencing arrives and all the equipment is moved around getting ready for the teams that start showing up as early as Wednesday.
For those that are interested in helping, Carolyn at the office, or Joe Jr. from Rotax will help you find a spot.
The Track direction will remain up-hill until Saturday morning. We re-painted the curbs and re-striped the surface. Once the rains stops, we will mow the field and she should look as good as new.
The extended paddock is complete and the RV parking has been added as well.
The “Mouth from the South”, Mr. Bill Wright will be in house to help with controlled practice this weekend, as well as commentary for the TV broadcast on Saturday. Karla will be running around keeping us in line as well, glad to have them here.
Rotax has a live internet broadcast set up with Rob Howden, so it looks like the whole show has come together.
Check out Rmaxchallenge. com for futher updates.
The WiFi Track hot-spot has been up and running for a few weeks and is great, thanks to DirectLink for the tower.
Time to put motors back on karts, do a few break-in laps and get ready for the show.
Good luck to ALL Colorado racers next week.Race Safe,
Jim

I am helping a team from Florida wrench all week. This is a wonderful learning experience and it’s quite something to see this level unfold and to be a part of it. As the week rolls on I’m sure it will get even better.
Everyone should come and see this thing. You wont recognize the place.
The Colorado boys look to be great and hopefully we’ll have a good showing!!
here’s to the madness (‘’), j

I”ll second this sediment. I was amazed at the level of the money involved (a major factory comes with a wall of extra engines and a dyno to see if they’re all equal or something like that.
Plus the Prevosts in the RV Parking. It’s all impressive.Joe, say hello to Eric Vaughn, he used to race here when he lived in colorado.
Good luck to all the Colorado racers there this week. Do well, have fun and keep your focus.
