Many, many thanks to Russ and Taylor Bezanson for lending us an engine after Luc’s broke in qualifying (and for Curt for having a helicoil in the toolbox so we could fix their engine).
Also to the Romeros (aka Bobby and X-man), News (especially to Connor for the driving tips), Balderstons, Wogrins, and even “hotwheels” for the advice and help troubleshooting. Oh, and Ken K. and fastg too.
We knew that Colorado karters were nice people, but this weekend we really learned to what extent they’ll go to help out. They wouldn’t let us give up. We can publicize all our great tracks, races, and racers, but in the end it’s this kind of community and character that makes Colorado the best place to race.
Your Welcome, Kurt. It was nice to see Luc on the track again.
Hope you guys come out for a few more this year.
