look i know that if you have any secrets you are gonna keep them to yourself, but is there any generally known knowledge about sponsors?
I believe I know the reason you haven’t gotten any response to this. First if you want sponsorship you need to be able to sell yourself, and be able to provide that sponsor with a benefit. It is going to be hard to do in any sport especially in this economy. If you are really serious about doing it plan on putting together a portfolio. That portfolio should include prior accomplishments, and depending on your age should include school grades, other activities outside of racing that you participate in etc.. My son was able to get some help from our local motorcycle shop in the form of percentage off of product. I do not want to discourage you, but I think we spent more time, money, and effort looking for sponsorship then the benefit we received out of it. Good luck though if you follow through.
