ParticipantHow about that Tag Junior race!!!!!! 4 drivers, all with a shot! Hopefully, the Centenial race will be a barn burner.

InactiveThat looks like a great battle going down to the end. It also looks like team Shockwave has a pretty good chance!

ParticipantI just did a little calulating and I think we can declare winners in most classes. If I’m wrong, I’m sure some one will be glad to point it out!
Kyle is a 2 time champion this year, taking both Pro and Tag Senior.
Shawn gets the nod in Shifter Masters.
Brothers Farley, Austin and Andy, get the 80 junior classes.
MiniMax goes to a future NEXTEL Cup champion, Chase.
Roman comes out on top in Tag Masters.
Conner gets the Animal class.
Tate is our kid kart champion.
Classes with battles.
Novice Shifter.
It’s down to Keenen and JD. Who ever finishes in front of the other gets it.
Spec Honda
Same story, Keenen and Roger.
Tag Junior
David, Pat and Jesse T. all have a clear shot at it. Jesse R. mathmatically is in it but he needs a bit of help to get the top spot. If David finishes ahead of Pat and in the top 3, I think it’s his. Everybody else who wants to win the championship, has to win the race. These kids are all so close that its hard to pick exactly where each needs to finish relative to the other kids. This one will be fun to watch.

I think Angie needs to look at the points total again. The drops for Pete maybe in error.
The drops do affect who wins in some classes.

InactiveDoug,
I am real confused here. How has Kyle won the ICC Pro. Right now he is 36 points ahead of Marc with drops. If Kyle does not run or finishes last, Kyle’s 159 points kicks in. (His highest drop) Assuming that happened and Marc ran the tables at the last race, I have Marc winning the championship by 18 points. Given that scenario he does not even have to run the tables. I used the same field as Bandi for my calculations.
Am I mssing something here ?

ParticipantI think I spoke too quick. You’re right. There are some things I didn’t take a look at.

InactiveI know it gets real confusing with drops. One more thing. Does anyone know what the tie breaker is(if there is one) if there is a tie. Our divsion is so tight that can easly happen.

ParticipantYear end ties will be sorted out as follows:
7.5.3.1 Level One: The competitor who attended more series events for the season will be placed ahead of the other tied competitors.
7.5.3.2 Level Two: If the tie is still not broken, main race results for the season will determine the tie. The competitor that had the overall best average finish in the main events will be placed ahead of the other tied competitors.
7.5.3.3 Level Three: If the tie is still not broken, heat results for the season will determine the tie. The competitor that had the overall best average finish in heat races will be placed ahead of the other tied competitor.
7.5.3.4 Level Four: If the tie is still not broken, qualifying results for the season will determine the tie. The competitor that had the overall best average qualifying position will be placed ahead of the other tied competitor.
